The worst rental experience ever!

Don't let the cheap rent wheel you in to this living hell.

Pros: Cheap Rent (You get what you pay for).

Cons:
Management nor rental office don't fix nothing major or that takes effort until after months and months of begging and complaining.

AC, Stove, Refrigerator all old and cheap appliances that constantly needs repairing. AC went out almost two weeks ago in the middle of summer, still not fix yet. I'm alternating between renting hotels and staying with family begging and praying they fix it soon.

Expect your unit to have mold, roaches, ants, centipedes, and lizards, weak extermination.

Manager barely understands English and maintenance only speaks Spanish impossible to really get your point across if you don't speak Spanish.

Cars are constantly being broken into.

Pool is only open if Manager is present.

Steps are so dirty leading to upstairs, it's embarrassing to invite over guest.

The cheapest ceiling fans, weak, turtles move faster than these weak ridiculous fans.

I've been living out her for about five years now due to the cheap rent but it's not worth it. Please, invest your hard earned dollars into a better property, this one will bring you nothing but regret.

Update: 11/21/18 You would not believe the garbage truck left a whole garbage can there because the said my car was in the way and they couldn't pick it up, my car is in the dam parking spot nice and neat as a car should be, and the management had the audacity to blame me for the garbage people leaving the garbage, there is no sign nor no cone that indicates no parking everyone in the building parks there. But this one incompetent trash person can't maneuver the truck and instead of management complaining to Waste Management, they came after me. They can care less about their tenants.

Update: 4/17/2019 The Final Straw. Finally moving out. They towed two of my cars no notice no warning. Toilet and Kitchen Faucet has been severly leaking almost 3 weeks maintenance never showed up to fix it but yet and still they are paving and redoing the parking lot and trying to beautify the outside when the inside is a complete disaster. Stove no longer works with the original switch I have to turn it on and off with the breaker box. SMH. They have gotten the insect problem under control but other than that -> You've been warned! Move in at your own risk.

These people are bad they don't do nothing they try to save money but when you call they hang up on your face they don't come to this apartment so bad

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I repeat SAVE YOUR MONEY! Maintenance guys are lazy, have no experience, and don’t speak English. Office attendants are rude and lazy. Been a tenant here for 8 years and for the past two months roosters took refuge in the complex. This is NOT a farm, this is an Urban residential area. I'm a paying tenant and they obliviously don't care about the roosters noise or removing them. Why should I have to wake up hours early to roosters crowing outside my window. If you would like to live in an unkept apartment with farm like qualities be my guest! Don’t expect any call backs from this property and good luck getting in they only move In their family or friends.

Just went here this morning Aug 28th at 10: 48 am. And whom ever the lady is as soon as you walk in she has absolutely no customer service skills.she was on her phone for a while before looking up at me and still didnt acknowledge me. Once she finally came off the phone she had her head down while asking me how can I help in the lowest tone possible. She's an Hispanic woman. I'm of a darker complexion by the way.so I walked out without her even asking me what I wanted

This morning at 7: 00 they towed my car away with no warning. On Friday they were suposed to inform me via letter that my area was going to be painted. The contract employees at the office failed to provide me with such a letter simply because they speak no English and barely gets by. ICE Immigration needs to be advice that both contract employees and some tenants are illegals and are overcrowding the building at Pembroke Villas. Come get your Aliens ICE. No safe haven here. They got to go.

This place i very horrible! The rent is cheap and very cost effective but the SERVICE is rather poor! If you need ANYTHING FIXED they take a million years to fix simple things.things that are broken they ATTEMPT TO FIX versus REPLACING! Lets not even begin to talk about the management, none of the maintenance men speak English so i had to call my friend from Chicago to tell them what i need while on speaker phone! Can you imagine!? They TRY TO IMPLEMENT OVERNIGHT laws. I Mean i've lived there for 2 years and i've seen cars get broken into over and over. The gates don't even close so access is easy to the outside hoodlums. I remember at one point you could not back in when my girlfriend used to live over there and i guess they sent out some overnight paper and we were in New york at the time but when we came back her car was gone.lol.they gave out overnight paper saying no backing in lol.i flipped! They dont even have up a sign that says its prohibited.smh.this place is horrifying.i filed a BBB couple months ago when i left.i didn't even want my deposit for i left most of my stuff in they cause it was 100% ROACH INFESTED.
