This is a beautiful complex. The management is great! The maintenance is so helpful. I would recommend anyone to apply at this complex.

If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. Most horrible experience as a first time apartment renter, The manager in the front and gave a MAITENCE MAN my money orders to drop off at my front of my door without my permission and ended up giving them to someone else. They DO NOT respond to any calls they get. You constantly leave voicemails and all they do is close them and never give you a call back, but when it comes to rent being late, they charge you a late fee real quick. It’s disgusting the type of people that run this place!

Started off kind of slow with getting things ready for me to move. But one person in Particular is Maintenance man Rodney Felix. He definitely made sure my apartment was ready and ready to be moved in. He was Extraordinary Helpful. Especially being that some staff members was such in a rush or very Impatient. If it wasn't for Rodney I probably would've moved Out. HE ENSURED ME THAT THINGS WOULD GET BETTER WOTH GETTING WORK ORDERS DID. Thx a Million for Everything Mr. Rodney Felix

Rodney is a great maintenance man he goes above and beyond to make sure work orders complete.a good person to have in the community.

Beautiful property but do not get your hopes up about staying. I was mislead for a month just to be denied when I was reassured that I was going to be approved. It's definitely not okay what happened and I will be reaching out to management if anyone decides to care. In the future do not tell anyone that they will get anything until documentation is signed. From my end I just knew I was going to get an apartment. Don't lie to people.

I went to Pendana for some information about the availability and the staff member that I spoke to was very helpful and kind. I am a future resident and I look forward to living there especially since I was born and raised in Orlando and I know how it was before. It is such a beautiful community now.

LaToya was so knowledgeable with the different floorplans. She made me feel like I was at home already. Gave me options that I didn’t foresee. Ultimately I’m just impressed with the upkeep of the buildings and the newness of it all! Friendly and courteous people, a wonderful change to the community. A+

Looking to become a future resident at this next to perfect community. Its near my children's schools, my job is only 15 minutes away, it would be a blessing to move in at Pendana at West Lakes, The staff is very professional and down to earth at the same time.

From the beginning to the end the process was smooth. Laquita was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and overall an amazing person. You have to appreciate when someone is genuine. You can tell how enthusiastic she is about helping others. Very informative.

Overall the complex is amazing. Very quiet, and well kept. No complaints
