Excellent service. My AC died last summer and Penguin was at the house the next day. The installers worked up in the attic for 9 hrs removing a very old system that the previous installers failed to remove plus remove the system that just failed and installed the new system. The new system is very efficient and keeps the house cool and at the right humidity. Thanks

Marcelo was my tech and he trouble shooter until he found the problem and fixed it. A/C is back to cooling house perfectly. I called at 8: 30 am and they had a tech to my by11: 00.
