Dr. Moore and his staff are incredible! They're all very attentive and take their time to listen to my concerns. Nurse Millie is so sweet and gentle as well. My son has been coming here since birth and will continue to do so!

Everyone here is always extremely nice. They Always address concerns and take the take the time out to talk about issues. I don’t ever leave here ever feeling like I was blown off… you can always tell they really care about your child. I’ll be glad to bring my son here for the next 17 years. Glad to have found this great practice early on.

My child was a patient at this office for her first 7 months of life. I was contracted out of state with the government for over a year. Communicated with the office to send records over to new pediatrician I had lined up out of state no issues. 1+ year later I’m back I called to make sure we could get in with my soon to be newborn and get my now almost 2 year old in and was told sure no problem just send her records over and call after you have the baby to get her in. Well I just had my baby and called and all of sudden they say “we don’t take clients back once they leave the practice. The office lady said they would have to talk to the owner Dr Moore about it and he’s very busy with patients and they all were taking lunch. The office manager called me back at 430pm on a Friday to say that’s our policy, once you leave you cannot come back. Well why did you waste my time if you knew that’s the policy? Which is super sketchy to me that they have no explanation as to why that would be a policy? ! Also the front office workers were always super rude but I did like the NP a lot which is why I continued to go for 7 months and tried to go back. But it’s super weird how they were acting about it all so I’d rather not anyways.

Nurse Millie really is amazing! Dr. Moore is so thoughtful and caring and nurse Mikkie did my childs vaccinations in a BLINK of an eye they didn't even know what happend. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!

This place is a joke.
They discharged my children without even notifying me. I have a disabled child who requires speech and occupational therapy. I’m only aware of this happening because his therapist sent a plan of care over to be signed. They receptionist said they sent a letter notifying me but the letter was sent back! It’s the end of September and I’m just finding out because they do not call to notify you. Totally unethical.
I can’t even call the office as they’ve blocked my number.

We love this office! We take both of our kids here for 2 years now. All of the doctors are great at making us feel heard and supported. The nurses are tender with our small children and great at making them feel comfortable, even during shots. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The portal makes it easy to manage developmental surveys and other needs. Altogether we love it here! I highly recommend this practice.

I love my child's dr Steven Moore is amazing he is the best dr at peninsula pediatrics and everyone is very helpful there I am very happy with everyone there highly recommend them to everyone.

We found Dr. Moore’s office as first-time parents tasked with the daunting experience of finding a pediatrician. My OB gave us a packet listing every pediatrician in Pinellas. We narrowed it down and went for a prenatal visit. This office was our first and only visit we went to. I felt so at ease leaving there, and confident that we were in the right place with caring people to care for our child. My daughter is now 10 weeks old and we have received nothing but the best care from Peninsula Pediatrics. I couldn’t be more grateful to have them here with us as we navigate parenthood.

They stopped taking sunshine insurance years ago, but wanted to keep getting new patients from there who now had to pay out of pocket as a surprise.
"A couple years ago we stopped taking them. Yeah, we still get calls from their patients all the time. Yeah, all we have to do is call them to be taking off their doctor roster. "

Dr Moore saw my grandson and he was very cheery and explained everything to my grandson in a way that was at his level. Tha staff seems like a great bunch.

Dr. Moore and his staff are incredible. They treat everyone with kindness, get back to you when you are concerned about results and reach out to check on your kids when they are ill. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My labor nurse at the Bayfront hospital recommended this place and I am so happy that she did. My daughter was born 3 months early back in 2020 and the way they explained everything to me at each visit was very reassuring. We saw Dr. Moore every Weds and then when I couldn't come in on Weds anymore, we saw Dr. Hagan on Tues. I have no complaints about either of them. They were both nice and the staff in the front were sweet too. They always indulged my daughter when she tried to go behind their desk acting like she worked there. The one Hispanic worker, I'm so sorry I can't remember your name but thank you for always having conversations with my daughter like yall were lifelong friends. If we didn't move 2 hours away I would have never switch doctors. Miki and I will miss you guys

I have been taking my son here for 5 years (since he was born) His pediatrician Dr. Moore is amazing. I've recommended him to many other mothers seeking help to find a better pediatrician and they all have felt as blessed as I to have found him. He is so kind and caring also my son loves him and is always happy to see him.

Dr. Moore and his staff are the best. I have always been impressed on how thorough Dr. Moore is. Dr. Moore takes the time and truly cares about his patients. My kids absolutely love him. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone in this office is amazing
