3I needed to lease a truck to get my new business off the ground and they were very helpful and reasonable with pricing to get me moving and I’m grateful
If I could put 0 stars, I would. Had an appointment for a semi tractor to be serviced on Friday 8/18. They didn’t start working on the truck until 8/22. Called and confirmed that the truck was ready 8/23 in the afternoon. Drove down to pick up the truck and waited over 40 minutes for the truck to be brought out because they LOST the truck key. Yes, you read that right…they lost the truck key. Walked into the service area and found the key myself…they were about to cut a new one since they couldn’t find it. This place is an inefficient joke.
