PeopleReady, Leesburg FL

So I came here at about 10: 50am today, there's a car in front of building, door locked, no lights on, no one answering phone. I waited until now 12: 10pm on the chance they were at lunch, but same thing. If you are operating a business to employ people that want to work, maybe be available. I used gas that I have a hard time affording now to get here, so now I'm on my way home, empty-handed. I'll receive no compensation obviously, but if you can just get rid of whoever is running this office, maybe then they can figure out how to find a job also.

Very terrible branch to work for ive worked 3 days and didn't get paid and when I called the branch about not getting paid the lady at the office threatened to suspend me for calling about my pay saying it wasn't in my place to call about getting payed that basically i should sit and wait patiently and continue to work til they decide to pay us even though I was polite about the whole situation

It’s only 3pm I been calling the office for the last hour no answer I haven’t got paid from last night and I’m not going back to the job till I get paid I don’t understand how no one is in the office when it says you close at 6pm unless they are just not answering my calls which is not cool

So apparently I've been blocked from the people ready app for calling off a job twice in 8months, had covid the first time and a mistake the second time.
So what about the times I picked up jobs drive out to the site only for the boss to tell me sorry shifts been covered people ready made a mistake.
Well it's they're loss because every job I've worked I've been the hardest worker per the supervisors
My advice don't upset these people they take it personal and they get revenge

Just a brief note to applaud the professionalism and prompt follow through of this office. In the six years I have been using PeopleReady (on average twice a week) this is the first time my query about hours being received from the jobsite and my concern about when I would be paid was answered with concern, graciousness, and an attentiveness that had my hours posted immediately and my pay placed on my card minutes later. In other words, I was treated like a valued asset and not just one more body available to fill a slot. Kudos to David. He performed his job above and beyond the call of any conceivable duty. If only every other PeopleReady office was as on the ball. Thank you.

They don’t keep up with your ticket, the same day pay is a lie. And the customer service rude the lady out right hung up in my face
