Dana the customer rep that took care of me today. Was amazing and very professional. I didn’t have an appt.but was in desperate need of an oil change and he made it happen in a timely order…. You guys need more workers like him.

Are you serious $95 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation " Manager Special". I drive a Honda not a BMW. The employee said you possibly look for coupons online. How about offering coupons to customers. I walked in and walked right back out. Went to Honda charged me $60 for same service. Pep Boys is a Total rip off. No wonder why there was no one there.

This is my go to place when I have issues with my car. Everyone is so polite and very informative. Today I needed to do a diagnostic on my car because was having a little issue turns out had to change my rotors and brakes and do some other work but Josh was very polite and very nice. I always highly recommend this Pep Boys. Been coming here for almost 2 years already. Great place. Josh deserves a raise.

I made a appointment this morning at about nine to have a oil change done at 6: 30. When I got there at six, I was told very quickly that no more appointments are being scheduled for the night. I explained I already had a appointment scheduled beforehand and that if I knew they were going to refuse me, I would not have left work a hour early for my already approved appointment. The phone was ringing so the employee picked up the phone immediately as I explained that. It felt like they just wanted to stop working early themselves so I just walked out because I do not want employees like that touching my car. When I went to leave my parking spot, they parked a truck with a trailer right behind me and I had to wait a extra ten minutes to leave. I've used this exact location before and haven't really had the best of customer service but this location is close to my job and they always have good coupons for things. After tonight, I'll drive across town for my oil change, I don't want to deal with the lazy customer service again. Two stars because of their great coupons they offer.

Dana was amazing and such a blessing during my early moring (7am) unexpected tire issues. I truly thank God for such a great person with great customer service….

I've been bringing my car to this Pep Boys location for years and they never disappoint me and always get the job done right. Have to say they have come a long way in terms of customer service and are on top of their game now. As a woman who knows very little about car repair, I get intimidated and could easily be taken advantage of. But everyone who works here now is so friendly and helpful. They explain everything and don't try to oversell. Patrick is just an absolute pleasure to do business with, really nice guy. And Dana, the store manager, is very understanding and very kind! Highly recommend this place. Their in-store credit card is super convenient too when those times of emergency repair pop up, as they always do.

I recently realized that I had a rear blinker light out. I made an appointment at a different auto place and they quoted me $56 to repair. I called Pep Boys to get a second quote and my quote was $20. I went ahead and made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival Josh was helpful and friendly. He got me out quickly as well. Mr. Daniel outside was great with a speedy replacement. Nice work Pep Boys! I will be back.

Let's start out by saying I'm from NY, was in the area due to a family medical emergency, and needing these services was not even a blip on my radar. However, life being what it is, I found myself with a tire completely blown out and a bubble in another. PEP BOYS not only had the size and quality tires I needed, they got me in, put "four around", had them mounted, balanced, and me on my way in about an hour. About a week later, when I realized I was now overdue for an oil change following the unexpected east coast drive and anticipating the 1200 mile return trip, they pulled through again. Called at 5p on the off chance they could squeeze me in, and they accommodated in a friendly and cheerful way. Even qualified me for a discount! I'll miss this shop, but if you're in the Ocala area and are in need of repair or replacement parts done well, done right, and done fair, don't hesitate to call these guys. 5+stars!

Absolutely one of the worst shops I’ve ever delt with been in twice for a 4 wheel alignment, were supposed to put on new rear adjustable link, looked out they were putting camber bolts on the front, they said they misunderstood, went back the following week to have a new rear adjustable link installed, looked out they were putting bushings in the old link they did ONE bushing on One end, said they didn’t fit,? , said they would order me the proper link that was 3 weeks ago, never heard back, if my trucking company did business like that we would be out of business, that place needs adult supervision or someone professional running it

Chris and Josh were awesome. My vehicle was serviced as if it was there own vehicle. Gave me pointers and treated me like I was a mirror of themselves getting there car worked on. Thank you Josh. Thank you Chris.

I went to start my car this afternoon and it wouldn’t turn over. I knew it was the battery. I called Pep Boys and they told me to come right in and they would take care of me. I had no appointment and only had to wait around an hour.on a Saturday! Very impressed with their customer service and prices aren’t too high. Would recommend Pep Boys to anyone!

They were very customer friendly. Didn’t hesitate to help me when I came in at 6: 45 and helped me with all I needed at a very good price. I would come back for tires again.
