Rick and Nick were very communicative and accommodating for all the work I needed completed in a short time. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

I have been taking my car to the Military Trail (WPB) PepBoys since 2019. The front desk staff & mechanics have all been consistently courteous & competent in regard to servicing my car. "Rick" the manager & his staff are great! I was just there on 5/31/2023 for a (synthetic) oil change with complimentary tire rotation and a wheel alignment. Prices on services are very fair. Plus, I used my Pepboys credit card which allows for 6 months interest-free financing for services over $199. I sound like a commercial. LOL

Made a reservation and arrived first thing in the AM and Rick checked me in 5 mins I had 4 new cooper tires put on my SUV and a wheel alignment. It was done with care and in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased with the service and hope I get the same quality from new wheels

2 hr wait time with a 9am appointment, not a friendly attitude by the desk, like he didn't want to be there.

This store is dishonest! I am a registered nurse. I take pride in what I do, and my patients are our clients. They would not honor my warranty and tried to up-sell on services I did not need. Where you spend your hard earn money matters!

On Saturday, May 27, I was at Pep Boys to change the tires on a Toyota Tacoma truck at Military Try West Palm Beach, Fl and I was very well attended by the Technical Assistant Jessica, she considered her very kind, professional and eager to help the clients.

I was satisfied with the thorough inspection of my vehicle. Great Service at this location.

They were very nice and helpful when we went there. We went there to take care of something else we did not receive any car repairs.

The mechanic were very helpful and detailed regarding my car repair needs.
The overall experience was excellent.

Happy with appointment and diagnosis of problem. The tech was kind and knowledgeable. But when picking up the car the engine shook when idleing, as though it was misfiring. It is the most noticeable when idling. The technician should have caught this as it is very obvious. We immediatley called pep boys but the office had closed (we were the last customer, paying after closing hours). I will check all the spark plug cables and vacuum hoses in the Morning when it is light out, as the tech may have accidentally knocked something loose since he was working deep in the engine compartment changing the alternator. If I cannot find it I will bring the vehicle in.

(DON’T GO TO THAT PLACE) Very poor customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor and you don’t pay for…. They answer your questions in a bad way. They just don’t care

Showed up without an appointment and was taken immediately.
Very honest and straight forward.

Took our work van here on a Sunday. They changed all four of our tires, did an oil change and did an alignment. Great communication, fast service and did not try to up-sale me. Provided us with the information that we needed and recommend us the best tires that we needed for our van.

Wish I could give you NEGATIVE STARS. YOU DONT DESERVE 1 STAR. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They aligned my car 3 times and it's still not aligned.then I had to argue for 4 hrs to get a refund. They were very rude and nonchalant about the situation.never apologized to me. I would rather die than bring my car back to this place.even if the service is free I will never return to this place. They need to train the front end staff on customer service. I hate that place with a passion. Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money

My experience at pep boys was great. My vehicle was worked on within 5mins of entering without an appointment. Rick was a great guy to deal with and I will be going back for all my car needs
