Chris and Delk were phenomenal. They got my car fixed in a timely manner and had phenomenal customer service throughout the process. I am thankful to have found a place I can trust with my car.

The guys at pep boys worked really hard today to get all 3 of my company’s vehicles serviced today. They’ve always given us A1 service and with their automated text messaging alerts we’re kept up to date.

ASKED IF THEY COULD CHECK MY TIRE PRESSURE ON MY TRUCK AND THEY SAID STOP BY.
I HAD NEW TIRES PUT ON IN CORPUS CHRISTY. WHEN I GOT ON THE ROAD TO FLORIDATRUCK KEPT MOVING AROUND. HAD WILLIS AT THE MONROE ST LOCATION AND THE BACK 2 NEW TIRES WERE UNDERINFLATED ONLY Had 50 lbs instead of 70lbs willis checked all 4 tires. Koodoos to willis.

I Thank Travis (who worked the front desk) and Willis for allowing me to have a good experience, referencing my tire. I had something going on with my new tire but they rectified the situation immediately, after I returned. There was another young man at the end, that assisted, but I never knew his name.he's the one I said looks like a cousin of mine.

Booked what I thought was an appointment, left 2 1/2 hours later; not actually an appt.just give service staff an idea of what traffic to expect. Dirty, filthy place, bottles, cans, wire, plastic scattered all over the service bays. You have to walk through the work area to get to the office. Oil change cost $130. Told they wouldn't rotate the tires because I need new ones. BS. Last time at this location, last visit to a Pep Boys.

My first experience with pep boys have got to be the very best I have ever had, Travis and his crew, very professional and informative. I would and will be giving friends and family a recommendation to go there for quality workmanship. My auto repair shop for life.thank you guys for everything.

Travis W and the guys at pep boys were extremely helpful after I found a bolt in my tire. Normally you have to wait a few days before getting new tires on, but they got me hooked up right away. They were all super friendly and made a bad situation seem not so bad. Travis was also able to help me get situated with new brakes and rotors and set me up for that next appt. I was in and out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I caught a screw in my tire and needed a free repair. I also am needing all new tires very soon so I was also there for a quote. They offered me a tire, but then neither the manager working nor the worker could find the tire. I actually went back and found it after waiting 45 min. Then after plugging my tire which is a free service. The service guy tried to say I owed him 20 bucks. I went back in and the manager said you don't owe anything just tip him. Well. That's not what the worker said. They have workers that are trying to get cash out of people by saying they owe something they do not owe.never will go to this place again. Lost my tire vusiness

The whole staff is very helpful! They will do their best to give you great service and for a reasonable price! They will get it done fast so you don’t have to wait all day. If you come here, you will not regret it!

The most helpful men. They are always willing to work with me on prices and give me accurate estimates on what needs to be fixed. My car is far beyond its time and constantly has problems, and they’ve been so helpful each and every time explaining everything in detail. I’ve come here countless times, and they are always able to fix whatever needs to be done in a timely manner, even if they’re backed up. Their customer service is amazing, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into their work.

Outstanding customer service! Tire blew out on Interstate 10; and these guys were exceptional in taking care of my emergency, as well as other automotive needs, in record time! Thanks Mgr Travas and staff for all that you did to get me back safely on the road again!

I just want to say that Travis the mechanic, was so so kind in informative. He reassured me that my tires were safe to make the drive to Texas. He filled my tires up for me, and sent me away with a big smile on my face, knowing I’ll be safe since I’m traveling alone.

This is one of the best auto repair center I have ever visited. Mr Samin is very friendly, focus person to get fixed the car problems.

Travis and the rest of the pep boys staff did a great job helping me out today! I came last minute and they were able to fit me into their schedules and change my oil. I trust their expertise and felt very comfortable leaving my car here. Highly recommend pep boys on north Monroe to anybody in the area!
