Highly RECOMMEND this location! Such a great experience! Had a slow leak in my tire, Charles & Preston helped me at the counter as the tire I needed was rare size, not in stock. He assisted me in getting new tire shipped to their location and made me an appointment to come back for the installation so I wouldn’t have to wait. Oneil helped me order the correct tire online as there were 48 to choose from, super overwhelming… he ran back to my car twice to get me the accurate numbers/dimensions. Tire was delivered in 48 hours but was not the run flat I needed. The manager named Aldo helped me re-order the correct tire and offered to ship the wrong one back for me to return it. They went above and beyond and made the process so painless. They even made my appointments twice on their end so when I showed up, I didn’t have to wait. After 2nd attempt of getting correct tire, (my error) I went back & new tire was on within 15 minutes. The entire staff was super friendly, professional, confident, and the entire process from start to finish was actually a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend this team! Will be visiting them again soon for my oil change, they deserve my business and have earned my trust. All mechanic shops take note, you should strive for this excellence.

Why do I make an appointment for? If you guys are going to start working on my car ONE HOUR AND 15 minute later? Please respect PEOPLE’s TIME!

Hidden gem. I searched all over town for a good shop and finally found one. Aldo and crew fixed flats on my Silverado twice with minimal wait and a great price. Highly recommend.

Wonderful store! Managers are out there helping their staff since it was busy and everyone was super pleasant to work with! They fixed my tire super fast and got me back on the road in time to make it to class!

Do not trust this place with your car.

I went to get a battery here, They gave me a size 26 when it should have been a 35.

They had promised 3 years but they only last for 32 months.

Pep Boys has their own battery brand, that purposely only last for no more than 36 months (which they don't tell you about)

They even bend the inside of the battery holder in my car (Toyota Corolla 2014) to make the frame holder fit the battery.

They broke off the frame holder in my car top of this they overcharged me, They wanted to charge me $245 when at O'Reilly they were only charging me $200 for the right size and better quality

This companys is a company of scammers and unskilled low quality, overworked understaffed workers

I went into this store to ask if I could purchase air for my tires. The associate Charlie greeted me and made sure I was taken care of complimentary! The associate Preston allowed me to use his space while he was working and they were so customer service oriented. It’s uncommon for such a kind gesture these days - happy to see the service standards! I’ll be back for all new tires soon enough.

This was my first time bringing my car into Pep Boys… I needed my headlight’s bulbs changed…when I tell you the friendly service I received and how they went over and beyond just my bulbs and the awesome work of Mr. Colin I will definitely be back… I’m a happy customer …thanks Mr. Colins

Stay away from the Kumho tires. I've replaced 9 tires in a two year period. Although they have pro rated me based on my tire tread warranty. It's still insane to go through that many tires. Over all staff is great but expect a 3hr plus waiting period for 4 tire installation with alignment.

Aldo always goes beyond the expectations to help me with my cars.i recommend Pep Boys for all your needs with cars. Very satisfied with fast service, CS, attention to customers.

Went in to have my brakes changed due to the fact that you could hear them a mile away whenever I stopped. Waited for about 3 hours and got them fixed or so I thought. A week or so afterwards my brake light comes on everytime I start my car now. I went back to have that checked and now they say it's something else, and that was after another 2 hours of waiting with an appointment. My brake light never came on prior to their service. I went to them to avoid the long drawn out stay that happens when you go to the dealership. But I should've went to the dealership instead. 2 stars only because the front desk clerks were nice. I'd never go back again. If you have extended warranty, just stick to the dealership.

This place is terrible. I was promised warranty work that they will no longer honor. I had a battery that went bad and they refused to replace it because the 'testing equipment wasn't working '. I took it to an auto parts store down the street and they diagnosed it as faulty. I had to show them proof, which I did. They ordered a replacement and when it came in, I was told there would be a 4 hour wait. I said I would install it myself and they can look at my work afterwards. Turns out they ordered the wrong battery. It's been 5 months and I still don't have a replacement battery from pep boys. I purchased one from the auto parts store.
The workers (not all, but most) are not helpful and everything is "no" and they aren't forthcoming with solutions. Beware of this dying business.

I schedule an appointment date events for 1: 00 PM to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment they did not even touch my car till around 330 which was already ridiculous and then they did not do the tire rotation and I know that for a fact, because my tires were marked, and they are still in the exact same position. None of them wore were rotated. I called the shop and she pretty much told me well if you possibly need tires, then they won’t rotate them in my question to her was why would you like mentioned that while I was there if that was the case even though I do not believe it is the case since my car only has 10,000 miles total on it, she then says let me look you up in the system. I give her my phone number she tells me I’m not in the system so now I have to go back up there and show him my receipt that I had service done which pretty much more inconvenient me for another day since I still need my tires rotated when they should’ve done the work initially that I paid for this is the issue first time coming here and will probably be my last.

The experience at pep boys was great. Charles is the guy to see, very helpful and kind. Keep up the good work Charles.

Went in early in the morning due to had flat tire, customer service Charles, was great, took care of my car super fast! Will go there again.
