Had to leave a review after finding out that the spark plugs that they installed on my 2015 GTI weren't even the correct part for my car. In the past, I've had troubles with a botched oil change here as well. If you have a european car and want things done right the first time look for another mechanic. Maybe slightly more expensive, but worth it in the long run. Learning this the hard way.

Customer service has always been helpful and polite.

The gentleman in the front office was very kind and professional. He even applied a $20 off coupon for me. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name for recognition. But, I will definitely return because of his customer service.

Honored my appointment time, good friendly service, explained what was found with my car in an easy to understand way, car was returned in good time. Overall great experience

This location used to have amazing service but after they shut down and opened up again the service is just not the same. My husband went in last week first thing in the morning because he needed the battery replaced on his car and the staff was just unnecessarily rude. We have been customers at this location for close to 10 years. Definitely not going back again.

Just spoke to a rep Orlando at Pep Boys Sawgrass, he gave me a piece of mind! Gave me options and talked me through my car concerns! He’s awesome Thank you so much Orlando!

Had a bad experience getting engine oil changed.
First time i called their front desk i was told there is no need of appointment but when I reached there, front desk lady told me that they are all booked and can not provide the service.

Second time i booked an appointment and lady on the front desk told me to wait for 4 hrs as their technicians were having lunch break. Still wondering why they gave appointment for their lunch time. So i had to return back without getting oil changed. Didn't have time wait that long for oil change.

I did not give up and went there third time with appointment. This time same front desk lady told me that I had to wait for 3 hours and prices were 20% up compared to prices quoted in my second visit.
So finally i decide to give up on my longing to get oil changed at Pep Boys.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest service.
Wanted to fix my break lights. They Billed me for it, I checked after coming home, still the same problem persists.

I had to post this … as I walked out with the biggest smile. I needed an oil change and headlight bulb was out. The store manager (missing the name) took care of my appointment immediately. I told him I was bringing my car in after a good lapse of time and I wanted it to be inspected as well. Store Manager had multiple point inspection, along with tire and brake inspection done as well.

As I have always been a coupon user, he was patient enough for me to pull those out as well.

I have to visit next week once again to get the TPMS taken care of.

Overall great experience, as having the car in overall good condition brings automatic peace of mind.

Went in to get my TPMS sensors worked on, happy customer. In and out in an hour. Smoothly handled by Rolando.
I’m good to go once it has passed though the expert hands.

I'm sure everyone is working harder because of staffing challenges, but I've had problems the two times I've used this location. From them not rotating my spare tire when I bought four new tires after I asked them, to coming back 2 months later to get a nail hole patched and told it'd be 3 hour wait and then I can make an appointment for the next day which I did just to show up 30 minutes early and still be told it be 3 hours at 9: 30 a.m. I should have known better, but I'll take a break from using this Pep Boys.

Don’t know how to answer their phone like all pep boys and are a waste of time and money.will never go there.they can’t even install tires.

Always gets me in and out in a timely fashion. Car is driving like brand new. Entire staff is friendly, l and very communicative, couldn’t ask for a better auto shop. Thank you Pep Boys.

I made an appointment and wasn't told until after I arrived that it would be a 3 hour wait. Why would they even be making appointments that they are unable to keep?

Short staffed is understandable but maybe pre call appointments and let people know they won't be honored would probably be a better customer experience.

Pep boys is remodeling. All consumer stock is temporarily gone. Auto repair and tire dept. Up and running 10% to military discount still offers.

I received excellent service this morning at Pep Boys. Although there was only one technician working the manager took the time out to service my car himself which got me In and out in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated. This place never disappoints and my car is running great!

Needed a battery replacement and an oil change. Even though there was only one mechanic because several of the personnel were absent that day, the service manager made an effort to find time to have my car serviced. The gentlemen there were very polite and respectful, and I appreciated the excellent service I received! My faith is restored in Pep Boys!

Don’t recommend. The person who checked me in didn’t listen to 2 out of the 4 things I needed to have done and were the main reasons for me coming in. They did an oil change and said it would be $100 to check the engine light codes, but ended up saying they’d do that for free. I called to find out when it would be looked at because 5 hours had passed and their appointment tracker showed 0 progress. I was told it was next in line. A couple hours later got a text it was done. When I called to check what they did, I was told again they would tell me the codes from my engine light. When I picked up my car, they did not record the codes and all I got in the end was an overpriced oil change. Will never come back here ever again!

I brought my work truck in with a nail in the tire looking for it to get fixed. I dropped it off an 10 in the morning and picked it up at 5 in the afternoon. Two days later the light for my tire pressure went off. After checking my tire foud that the nail was till in the tire and nothing had been fixed. When I called they just said bring it back we will take care of it. No thanks I will just cut my losses and go elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 8: 30 on Friday morning, just for a tire rotation, no oil change, nothing else. Pretty simple. The guy, Joel, came out and told me “you’re leaving it here all day, right? ”. I asked why since it was a simple service with an appointment. He said they were busy all day, lots of appointments and couldn’t guarantee any less than 3-4 hours. Also kept questioning me asking why I wanted a rotation, basically pushing me to leave and come back on a Tuesday morning. So I did. Told him I would take my business elsewhere.

Needed to fix (patch) a tire last night due to picking up a screw. So appreciate this Pep Boys for fitting me in and doing a patch for me. Had to drive 300 miles this morning and no problems with fixed tire. Always can count on Pep Boys
