This place seems like a well oiled machine runs smooth for the amount of volume they do. Jacob is very professional and knowledgeable.

The white old man he give me appointment when I’m coming to store I gave him a key. He stuck me in one hour he not doing nothing in my car he just busy in the phone in the computer if you’re busy, don’t give people appointment. Bad service.mon, jun 19

Do not go to this location.they did not give me a proper estimate and they fixed my air and tried to charge me $275 without an estimate then they took out my air in my vehicle and I'm a diabetic and it's 100 degrees outside. Brad at the West Brandon location was so unprofessional and rude

I can't thank Mr Lacy the manager enough. He took such care of my car. I've always had anxiety as a woman taking my car to the mechanic. Lacy was amazing. He kept us updated with the progress of the car. Lacy, Brad and his team gives amazing customer service. I can't this PepBoys enough for everything.

Worsted service I have encountered.
Took 4.5 hours to put 4 tires in my truck and do a alignment.
I told them to check the truck over and check the front end for worn out items.
They didn't check anything.
Come to find out the front differential axel seals are leaking, pitman arm is worn out and I have a oilpan leak.
I drove the truck to south Miami and back and almost had no oil. Brand new crate engine they almost let me blow up. At 70mph. The truck vibrates so they didn't even balance the wheels correctly.also one of the tires was at max pressure cold.
I will never be back to this hack whole in the wall dump called pep boys.
I would steer clear of this place.

The team received my vehicle promptly and took care of all that was needed and without sales pressure of things like the air filter. I would definitely return there for vehicle servicing.

Terrible service. Always the same three dinosaurs working the front and all 3 are rude and disrespectful.

This place is our go to place for our vehicle repairs. They always take cars of us and get us in and out quickly. The staff are very nice and friendly. We are loyal customers. I recently got an unexpected nail in my tire which caused it to go flat. I got it pumped up enough to get it to them and they got me in without and fixed me up.

Yesterday was my last visit to my nearby Pep Boys since I am moving in 2 weeks. I've been going there for years and dealing primarily with Lacy, my favorite service rep. Let me say that he is an honest and reliable man. I have not once felt as if I was being oversold or misled, they are the most reputable repair shop that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I don't even think I was due for an oil change but wanted to get one more in before I moved. Thanks Lacy for your great service!

I was very happy with my experience at Pep Boys and will continue to use them for all of my future auto repairs. I was especially happy with the tech that worked on my car. He took the time to explain in detail what work was needed (and not needed) on my car.

Horrible Customer Service!
The guy at check-in/reception I believe his name is Jacob seems too slow at his job; takes his own time and spends 15-20 mins on the PHONE while there are customers waiting right inside the store for their turn.
Buckle up and please respect other people’s time.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I was here today and had to wait 30-45 mins in line just to be told they’ll take another 2-3 hours with no promises just to look at my FLAT TIRE and fix it. Yes, just a Flat Tire!
First and Last experience.

Always done a decent job. Lacy is very helpful and is great at explaining whats going on. Great service they offer to be able to Uber while your car is being worked on.

I would give a higher rating if I didn't run into another associate Brad. He is condescending, uses jargon and gets frustrated when you ask him what it means. He took my 5 star visit down to a 1 star. Recommend if he is the one assisting you to ask to speak with someone else. Also recommend making an appointment.

Great place! Mr. Lacy fit my car right in got two new tires done right. And only waited an hour. Highly recommend this place. The technician Ortega did a perfect job
