Good work. Kind of pricey but good work overall… Just happy to receive my car the same day unlike other shops I’ve visited

Got tires and brakes/rotors all the way around for a really good price compared to other shops around town. I don't remember his name but the dude at the front was super chill and very helpful. Service was quick and I am very happy with the results. Definitely going back when something else goes wrong with my car.

Excellent mechanics when they replaced all my struts on my Honda CR-V. Next Job is my oil and filter. Can't wait.

Pep boys always check the vehicle over and let me know what else needs attention.very helpful

I have a car that the obd2 reader doesn’t work and they even told me they couldn’t do the diagnostic but looking back I see they didn’t hesitate to charge me 99.99 for the diagnostic I couldn’t get

I'm not usually a difficult customer. But Mike went way above and beyond his duty as the manager of the PepBoys in Panama City, FL. No matter how difficult I made my tire purchase process for him, he was always very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Mike!

It took them 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, and they couldn't even do that right. This place is an absolute joke.

I had my sisters car in for repairs for a overheating problem. The first time I had it towed there it cost me $250 plus repair. When they called and said the car was ready they said yes. I paid over $3000 to get this problem fixed. They said they fixed it. Now i did tell them to fix anything that needs repaired to fix this problem. When my sister got it home. Within a week the overheating problem returned. Once again I had it towed to pep boys for $250 again they said it was fixed. I paid over $1100 for this repair. While I was down there for vacation. It was 3 days and the overheating problem returned. They supposedly diagnosed it twice which was included in the bill. But yet the problem persists. Now I have to wait a couple weeks to get it towed and repaired once again. I figured you pay over $4100 it should be fixed right. I have been a pep boys customer for over 40 years. This is the 2nd place I have received substandard service. On another note apparently when my sister went down to get her car the first time they were rude to her. And again today when she called about her ac not working which was working when she took it there. I would like this resolved immediately.

Guy who answers the phone is very rude. When my husband told him he was being rude, he said, "No, I just get to the point. " Well Sir, being short and impatient with people is the definition of rude.

Good service, the wait is a lil long but what else do you expect from a good tire service.

They were able to diagnose the problem with my car. They gave me an accurate estimate and let me know up front that there could be some issues fixing it. They were able to fix it with no problems. Great communication! I was also able to make a same day appointment. Overall, very happy with their service.
