These guys are amazing. They do what you ask at a reasonable price and don't try to up sell you. They do a thorough inspection and will recommend things that may need attention. But there is no pressure to have it done then. The things recommended I expected were due because of the mileage. Everything is done to manufactures specs. If you live in the Villages, this should be your go to shop for car service.

They did a great job finding the problem with our car. Service was quick, their communication was always prompt. They kept us updated when parts were ordered, work was started, and the car was ready to pick up.

Customer service on Saturday 9 September was very unsatisfactory. Employees and GM must learn not to tel lies to customers. They kept my car for more than 12 hours just to replace battery. It took only 1 hour for the assistance manager to fix this situation on Sunday. I was under the impression that Pep Boys was the best. I’ll never recommend Pep Boys never again.

Great service! 2 mechanics had called out so there was only 1 working, I still did not have to wait long for my vehicle! Kudos to him!

The service was great it just took longer than expected, even with an 11: 30 appointment for tires it wasn’t ready until 3: 30.

This used to be my store, and the people were so nice that worked there. But now they are under new management and they are very rude, and not helpful at all. I Have a problem with my car. I called to see what the details were to get the car fixed. They didn’t even offer to look at the car, told me to take it to the dealership.so I called Pep Boys in Leesburg found the ones that were over there at the Summerfield/Mulberry location “the good guys “, and they offered to look at my car and said they could possibly fix my problem without going to the dealer “Mulberry store didn’t offer anything, not even to look at it” and just told me to take it to the dealer. Anyways the good guys are at the Leesburg location over by the dealerships on 441. I know customers have to be missing them, especially after my experience today at the old location. Great customer service is key to a good profitable business.

When you buy tires MAKE SURE you get the "price out the door" before you agree to purchase.
The quoted price over the phone does not included such things as but not limited to the following items which may be an extra cost to you:

Removal of tires
Balance tires
Mount tires
Warranties

With no appointment it was a 4 hour wait to have a screw removed which caused a slow leak. Being a Tesla with special tires they had to remove the tire and plug both sides of the quiet ride tire. They marked the tire and it was still balanced perfectly after the repair. Tesla would have come out the next day for $125 unless I needed a new tire for $425! Pep Boys did it the same day for $25!

Paid over a grand to fix my car and it’s still having the same issue. Calling the shop and calls don’t go through.

Don’t bother making an appointment. First one was online and they said the corporate system lets them overbook and they couldn’t honor. After making 2nd at that time in person (they said those always take precedence?), for what they promised was the first appointment, upon arriving they were 1.5 hrs behind. Won’t return.

From start to finish Pep Boy's has done a fabulous job. Extremely professional and compassionate about my running into a curb and blowing up 2 tires. Thank you Elvis for being so great.

Broken down cars are a road trip nightmare, 2 hours into an 18 hour drive home I had a horrible noise coming from my car. Less then 30 minutes in and out, turns out it was a tire that was about to come off. It's a stupid fix, but the employees here took it just a serious as anything else and got us home. Tightened all the tires back up to be safe and didn't charge us a penny, said to "call it my good deed for the day"

Rich was my Service Advisor. As soon as we started talking, I felt like I’ve known him far longer than the 3 minutes I had been there. Super down to earth and you can tell his heart is in the right place. Braylon was my Technician. My service was completed thoroughly and well within any realistic time expectation. I was nervous going in and confident walking out. These guys have earned my trust. These are my guys now. Thank you gentlemen.

Guys here are great, they helped me out when I really needed it and I won’t forget. Really meant a lot. Definitely check this place out.

Booking dropping off is all great. The guy that worked on it had no clue what he was doing and they pep boys need to get more oil choices instead of Pennzoil all which is not very good oil
