RUN! The WORST set of “Mechanics” in the world. I dropped off a starter to be replaced in my car, they damaged it, called me and lied and said the part was sent defective. I have photos of the starter prior to dropping it to them with zero damage! I spoke with another employee there who admitted the Starter was NOT scratched or damaged upon receipt by them but tried to negate it by saying the scratches are superficial and aesthetic and have nothing to do with functionality. You are better of letting a group of elementary school children work on your car than these incompetent men at Pep Boys on Stirling. I am taking further action. Will update this review with progress

Got there at 11 for my appointment and was told I have to wait about 1 hour for a mechanic even with appointment. I left for more than 2 hours and came back and my car wasn not worked on. The guy said he called me when he didn't and they said they couldn't work on my tires because they were bald when they still have life in them. Trying to charge me 350 for new tires I don't need yet. So i just asked them to patch my 1 tire and I didn't leave until 2: 45 for 1 tire to be patched. Be ready to spend the whole day waiting.

It's a 7 a.m. As an open time, it's Saturday, 7: 20, and nobody's in the store. Doors are locked tight.

Went for an oil change at 12pm, was told car would be ready at 2 i told them ill pick up after 6pm when i get of work. After 6pm went to pick up car and it was still on the lift had to wait for them to bring it down and they still forgot to reset the oil meter on my dash. I had to check again to make sure they even did a oil change. I will never come here.

Awesome staff very helpful, at this store, the one on sunrise, not so much had to drive all the way back to this one to handle what needed to be done.

Brought my car to this Pep Boys because I had a repair done at another location and the problem continued. The Staff, Anderson, Timmoy, and mechanics (names I could remember) worked with my concerns and provided a resolution to my problem. Area director and store managers worked with me the whole way through. I strongly recommend this location for excellent customer service.

They are great in some areas but not so good in others, I need it a heater hose, i describe it very good and i took my bike because my truck was down and the guy told me he had it but when i show up the hose he pull had nothing to do with what I had call for.but he work with me to get me something so the i can fix my truck for the moment.you see good and bad think happen but what you do with thing in life is what you

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was just poor service. I had to wait 5 minutes to pay with only one person in front of me. But I waited patiently. Then they let a person that just walked up skip in front of me. That was it I put my stuff down and left the store.

We had some issues before will them putting a new tire for our Honda accord and it was flat the next day. They did reimburse us partially for the mistake, so it was ok in the end. Other than that they have been very reliable and professional.

Came to this location Saturday first time for general maintenance work. Timothy my service rep told me he would get me in and out and also explained he owned the pep boys car wash so he would get me a wash, wax, vacuum and tire shine for a cheap price. Long story after waiting a hour I went outside to see if my car was almost ready to my surprise it was parked in the same spot. Timothy was no where to be found so I asked the other guys at the counter (don't recall their names) as they looked clueless as to what car I had. One of them later came back told me I had one more car ahead of me. As ridiculous as this was I still gave them my patients as I was getting ready to go on a road trip so I needed my oil and tire done. I even checked out the bagel shop next door to kill time. Long story short finally 3 hours later my car was ready. It certainly wasn't waxed, there wasn't even any tire shine applied. Just a basic wash and dry. To top it off I didn't receive a oil stamp and was told they ran out, now I don't even know the next time I need to change my oil. I would advise anyone looking for professional car service to stay far from the place! This will certainly be the first and the last.

Do not schedule yourself an appointment on their website and expect to get service because the people at the counter do not even interact with it. When I made a suggestion that they pay better attention to it all I got was argument from the guy in there. I was going to get my AC recharged but why bother when all you’re getting is.

Believe this is designed for business owners with operations dealing with transportation because prices are ridiculous for individual consumers.

Came in for "Free" brake inspection as advertised on site.
Was being pushed to do a $115 abs inspection instead by very rude employees. Dishonest and untrustworthy business. Do not recommend going here.

Every time I go I feel like I am a VIP customer. Anderson takes such good care of my car. He is patient and explains what he is going to do before he does it. He values my time and I am not waiting around for hours like other places. Not only does he do right by me, but I watch how he handles other customers as well and he is top notch. The prices here are just right. They are very honest and professional here! I have been coming here for 20 years. I am truly lucky that this is my neighborhood mechanic. They are friendly and professional and just nice there! Anderson is good people!

A good one stop Shop for all of your vehicle maintenance needs and they also do installations if needed and they've got deals specials Etc
