Called ahead and explained my wife's truck had a screw in the tire. Was told it would take 30 minutes if I brought it in then. She takes off (10 minute drive) and when she gets there they tell her it will be at least a 2-hour wait. She explained that I just called and the girl just shrugged their shoulders. Terrible service! Go somewhere else!
