Peppers Mexican Grill & Cantina reviews
18Looks like we found ourselves a new ‘go-to’ spot in the neighborhood for Mexican food. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Staff is friendly. Food is very delicious and portions are very adequate for their prices. We all enjoyed our plates. Kids menu also had plenty of options to choose from. Pollo Santa Fe was exceptionally delicious! I highly recommend that dish. Can’t wait to go back and try their other menu options.
Solid date night option, loud enough to not feel bad with a noisy kid, but quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting. Opt for chicken over steak here, the steak is fine, but the shredded chicken is on point. 2 for 1 margs are also a must, but Driver should stop at one because they're not weak.
Tonight was a busy night, but that did not change the staff or the speed in which drinks and food came out! The handmade corn tortillas are fantastic! I had the enchiladas (which I usually always go for a burrito at a Mexican restaurant), which were fantastic! My mans got fajita choripollo. And of course the buy one get one free margaritas! Plan ahead if you’re wanting a marg.
We loved this restaurant. It was yummy Mexican food and a fun place to go with all the family. My kids especially liked the warm chips and salsa that they bring to your table right away while you wait for your food. It helps keep everyone in good spirits while they wait for their meal because let’s face it when you go out to eat your hungry. This keeps you from getting “hangry”. ;)
Everything here is spicy. We tried several dishes and even my spicy heat loving friend felt it was over the top spicy. Drink specials were good, price was fair and service was great. Just know you food will be spicy even if they tell you it won't.
Awesome atmosphere, awesome food, awesome service, ICECOLD BEER! Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet.
Dining area was very dirty. Food on seats and on the floor. One of our glasses of water had food in it. Food was very bland and everything tasted like grease. We will not return and we do not recommend!
Fast friendly service and good food. I had tacos 1 carnitas, 1 beef, and 1 chicken they were very good. My son had street tacos and Carlos our waiter was very efficient and friendly.
Came at 11am and there were 10 servers/bussers standing around, staring at us the whole time. Our server was bad! He didn't talk much, never smiled and seemed to not want to be serving. Our margaritas were dark orange and no ice. Our food tasted horrible and seemed low quality, cheep meat. How does a manager allow his staff to hang around the front and stare at the customers?
Ordered to go. I got fajitas. Came with 2 hard tortillas. Also, I ordered queso. It came half full in a small container for 6.00. We eat here often. Disappointed in the quality of food we received in our To Go order.
I eat here several times when I'm passing through Crestview. Their food is very good seems very fresh and the service is always great.
A pretty normal Mexican restaurant. Food was good. Service was good. Food came out pretty fast. Would go again.
Food was absolutely amazing, however the highlight of our 8 person table was our server Oscar. Oscar did a fabulous job of waiting on our table and anticipating in advance what we all needed. Peppers Niceville, you have a gem in this young man and we all look forward to returning in the future.
Every item of food that I ate had the type of quality which showed that love and professional passion went into its preparation.
We had dinner, and it was one of the best in the area. I had the shrimp quesadilla, and my husband had the birria tacos. Both dishes were very good as well as the margaritas.
Went here for dinner for visiting Eglin was not disappointed was a good meal and the drinks were on point especially the 2 for 1.
All five stars for this visit! Carlos was our server and his customer service and attention were spectacular. Highly appreciated. My daughter and i I ordered carnitas… delicious. My daughter ordered birria tacos, she loved it… and my husband ordered re filad grilled chicken and rice… and he loved it. I am so happy we came here, this place needs five stars all around! Oh best part… home made tortillas!
