Dr Peppy is professional and also a very caring human being. Staff is also very professional and have a great human touch that makes you truly feel your are not just patient 0003. They are kind and respectful. At their office I feel I am in great hands.

Dr. Peppy is actually an absolutely great doctor but his staff is USELESS and unprofessional. I was never told my last refill for my Birth Control was a courtesy and I had to make a new appointment to get my next set moving forwards. I just thought they were sending one month at a time. I called again and they said they could not prescribe me the pill until I came back for a check up but would put the request for a refill in and so, I made an appointment (a month from the day I called because lack of availability) never telling me the past one was my one and only courtesy refill (meaning that I would not get another courtesy refill -which they miss to inform on my last phone call a month prior and the day I called for the second time). I called the next day to check on the status of the request and I come to find out it was NEVER submitted and was told by the medical assistant that since I had missed two pills already I would have to wait until my next menstrual cycle to get the refill when it's very well known that one can start the pill in different ways but she stated, and I quote "Dr. Peppy doesn't like that". Interesting, considering he gave me options on how to start my birth control but made a recommendation back when I first had my check up so is up to me how I want to take care of it.
The lack of information and transparency from the staff is incredibly unprofessional. If they had communicated I could have made arrangements to get my birth control through another doctor or made an appointment back when I first asked for a refill since this is important and during a pandemic is a lot more troublesome.

Disappointed and angry.

It can be difficult to get an appointment because they’re so busy, but Dr. Peppy is well worth it. He is most likely the best doctor I have ever seen in any specialty. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients and make everything comfortable. Would highly recommend him to anyone. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have called and been hung up at least ten times. I called this morning to cancel my appointment, after 5 attempts, I finally wasn't hung up on and cancelled. Later today I got a text reminding me of my appt tomorrow that I had already cancelled. I tried calling at least ten times to verify they actually cancelled it so I wouldn't be charged a no show fee, but couldn't get through. I'm so happy that I had to wait on hold so many times just to be hung up on each time. This review is not about Dr. Peppy himself but for his office staff, if you want to call them that.

I love Dr. Peppy. He's loving and caring, and really professional. Every time visit is very pleasant and it's always very nice to talk with him. He answers my questions patiently and also make sure I'm ok before I leave

Dr. Peppy is consistently kind, patient, and compassionate to his patients. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and who he does it for. He takes the time to ask about his patients life, how they’re feeling, and he relates to their everyday struggles (minus menstruations:) ). He’s a real class act. Highly recommend him for your OB/GYN needs. Thank you, Dr. Peppy.

Dr Peppy is great his staff on the other hand his staff are incompetent, inefficient, unfriendly, amateurish, unprofessional and rude. His staff keep you on hold, do not return phone calls
. I expect care from a provider and his staff. I will not be returning to this office

Dr. Peppy is very personable and upbeat. He put me at ease right away and it felt like I had known him for years after just a few minutes.

Dr. Peppy is an excellent physician who has years of experience and incredible bedside manner. You feel like family when you're with Dr. Peppy. He delivered our high risk baby safe and sound. As a physician myself I highly recommend Dr. Peppy as do all of my physician colleagues who see Dr. Peppy.

These people do not care about you as patient at all. They called me the day of my appointment which I had to wait a month for to inform me they no longer accept my insurance. Being almost 11 weeks pregnant now and having to start all over finding a doctor in very inconvenient. I would not recommend them to no one.

So caring and knowledgeable. Always takes time to explain everything and answer all questions & concerns. I never have concerns after leaving his office. I trust him 100%.

Great doctor! I would highly recommend him. He will answer any question you have with a straight forward answer. The examination is not as thorough as I would like but he will definitely cater to anything you need addressed.

The BEST doctor I've ever met. He's such an awesome person you guys. If you've gotten to read this take my advice and make an appointment. Just do it. I was with him for the pregnancy of my first born and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

I LOVE this Dr. He makes you feel so comfortable, and important. He treats me personally yet professionally like I am a friend. Puts my fears at ease.

Wonderful doctor. Wonderful person. Takes the time to get to know not only his patients but also their families. Makes one of the less pleasant medical visits a pleasant experience.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this doctor. He's been my physician for over 20+ years as well as my sister and about 20 of my friends. His beside manner is outstanding and his skills and knowledge are the best I've ever seen. He treats you like family! I have never met a doctor in any field that makes you feel comfortable. You know that means a lot when it comes to an OB-GYN. It's one of the most feared office visits. Not here though. Dr Peppy is AMAZING! ️️️️️
