Throughout the process he maintained consistent communication with us to ensure that we understood what was occurring and what any issues or implications were. We initially decided to go with Perfect Choice Flooring because of the helpfulness, transparency, and responsiveness. We did not regret it one bit. Matthew Montesino was our flooring specialist and was there every step of the way from pre contract to any issues after the flooring was completed. He was very patient with us as we took quite a bit to finally choose a flooring option and even ordered samples for us to view when he didn't have them available. He even stopped by during the installation to check on everything. Which, Andy and his team did amazing work and we couldn't be happier with how it all came out. They were both helpful throughout the whole thing. Even when there were a couple things that we asked to be fixed after we paid and everything, they still responded, followed up, and followed through. That's not something I can always say since some companies have ghosted us after payment before. 100% recommend Perfect Choice Flooring and Matthew.
