Friendly staff. Very professional and efficient. Does a great job. Priced just right. Work done on the premises and ready for pickup as promised. Highly recommended.

Went to pick up my shirts and the lady at the counter informed me they were not ready, one wasn’t done. I agree to take what was ready and pick up the other one next time. A week later I go to pick up the remaining shirt (one of my favorites) and the lady informed me that that piece was missing and no one have been able to find it. It feels wrong because I was told first it was not ready, and now that is missing. I had my bag full of shirts for press, how could I trust them now. I’m gonna try somewhere else. The lady on the front just told me “I’ll speak with the manager tomorrow”. This was not handled professionally.

Very friendly, warm people. Good service at reasonable prices and they were able to have my clothes ready the next day.

I have had bad experiences. They have shrunk some of my clothes and even they have dameged some of my buttons and they do not fit anymore. I am sorry but I am going to come back.

The owner/manager was very unprofessional while attempting to handle a mishap his cleaners made on my daughter’s dress (wore one time to her father’s funeral). The white floral on the dress changed to pink. They initially denied it changed colors until I showed a picture. They attempted to correct it, it came back yellow.
After several back and forth he gave paid me a check for $37.00 for the dress, after proving it cost ($50.00) (because I replaced the sentiment dress for my daughter), he and or son refuse to pay the difference.
I had been doing business with this establishment for over 4 years and never would I have thought his guy would have given me a hard time.
The dress had sentimental value that apparently the owner could not comprehend nor did he care.

DO GO TO THIS CLEANERS AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THE OWNER WILL NOT PAY THE VALUE IF THE GARMENT.

I had a horrific experience here. (1351 Palm Ave, Pembroke Pines, Fl) My wedding dress was tosses onto the dirty sidewalk by the owner; a male Hispanic man) I dropped off a beautiful new gown (still in store plastic with purchase tags) to be steamed or ironed (for a wedding) I picked it up hours before the wedding. To my dismay it was discolored and actually had a color change all over the front of the dress. I was very upset because I wasn’t prepared for this mishap and had nothing else to wear. I was mortified and while speaking with the clerk, the owner (Hispanic man) came out from the rear of the cleaners, grabbed the dress out of my hands and threw it out the store onto the dirty sidewalk. I left and I wore the dress and sat with my pocket book in my lap the entire evening. Apparently some chemical at their facility got on the dress and that is how they handled the situation.

After the wedding, I took the dress to the other cleaners (in the same plaza) they were unable to restore my dress so I never wore it again. A $350 loss. To this day, I pass there and can’t believe that a business owner conducted himself in that manner. Terrible once in a life time experience. I am sure I am not the only customer that was mistreated and that my garment wasn’t the only one that they destroyed.

Do not waste your time! These people never get the dry cleaning right, if you tell them light starch they don't starch or they heavily starch. My husband never complained just dealt with it. Well today was the last straw! About 3 weeks ago he dropped off shirts to have them cleaned, CREASED and lightly starched. He went to pick them up and they were not creased he pointed it out, they said leave them and there would be no charge. I went to pick them up today after they had them for almost 3 weeks and they wanted to charge me $6, granted that is not a lot but the principal is that we were told there would be no charge. All they wanted to do was argue that they cleaned the shirts.uh okay but you still did not do your job correctly and inconvenienced us to have to come back and had the shirts for almost 3 weeks and then wanted to argue about not charging us. I went ahead and paid it and told them I would never use their service again. Consumers beware, they do an okay job at best and they do not care about the customer just the money. I hope losing a customer over $6 brings them everything they hoped it would. HORRIBLE PLACE. LIES YOU DID TELL HIM THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE, BUT AS ALWAYS YOU FAILED AT YOUR JOB. YOU PEOPLE ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEED TO LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.

The service here is great! Excellent conversation to be had with the employees while you’re conducting business, and they get things done in an efficient and timely way. They’ll even accommodate you if you need things rushed. Highly recommend. Has the family run business feel that’s missing in a lot of places.

A family owned business that cares about providing quality service. I have never had any issues. Would fully recommend them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This dry cleaners has absolutely no idea how to run a business. I recently noticed that I am missing an article of clothing that I dropped off for cleaning. When I asked about it their immediate reaction was to be combative. Instead of apologizing and making an effort to try to locate the item they just said they don't have it and it was my problem. I have been going to this dry cleaners for 3 years and have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS there. Any respectable business owner would have looked at the big picture and said "this person is a good customer so let me make every effort to make this right". All they had to do was apologize and give me a credit for the cleaning and I would have been satisfied. Instead, they treated me like I just walked in off the street, The whole situation could have been handled so easily. Not the best business policy to be combative with your good customers. With this kind of policy, they'll be out of business in 6 months!

It’s not just the name -Perfect Cleaners truly is a perfect cleaners. Brought in a shirt full of mustard stains, I won’t go into the details, but Gabe was able to get it back to me whiter than my pasty belly.

The service is quick and to top it off the prices are very reasonable. My go to cleaners!
