During a recent storm lightening, the electrical panel in our house was damaged. I contacted Jarod at Perfect Connection Electrical Service and he sent two electricians, Karl and Courtney, to install a new electrical panel. They were professional, competent, and friendly and spent more than six hours to replace the faulty panel. They’ve done a great job and I feel more than satisfied with their work. I’d strongly recommend Perfect Connection Electrical Service to anyone facing issues with their electrical systems.

Very fast service, professional, and friendly. I’m exceptionally anxious when it comes to electrical anything, and these guys were very reassuring and went the extra mile to take care of our problem. They also came out during the covid craziness which meant a lot to know we’d be taken care of.

These folks came out to one of my rental properties when the dishwasher was throwing a breaker. Replaced the outlet in back of dishwasher and said the unit was damaged from running through a bad outlet for years. My tenant plugged the unit into an outlet on another breaker and the unit works perfectly. His services cost me $80 and a new dishwasher would have cost another $500. Back to where I started.

Initial call went good, showing up to give estimate another story. Electrician rescheduled 3 different times over 24 hr period, and failed to show up in last agreed window. When I texted them I was not interested and don't bother to come over, he did apologize, and said its hard to maintain scheduling windows in the service industry. This is one of the biggest complaints with contractors, they don't show up when they say.

I called Jarod and he quickly and professionally resolved my electrical problem. He responded quickly to my text messages and phone calls. Provided pictures of repairs for my insurance and very reasonably priced. I very highly recommend him. Good experience which is rare these days.

I got several estimates for the major work I needed done. Garot Was very patient in explaining and making changes to the estimates as I needed. I had a big job redoing old wiring the guys were easy to work with good attitudes showed up did what they were supposed to clean up after themselves. I hired perfect connection after the electrician I've worked with for almost 20 years kept blowing me off I couldn't get them to come out and give estimates there are a lot of very unreliable tradesmen in Florida perfect connection is truly a professional company don't hesitate to hire them
