I just thank God for the two gentlemen that were willing to get out of their trucks and help me get into this facility because if it had not been for them, I know for a fact that I would not have been able to get into the store facilities like this should be illegal when it comes to 18 wheelersI’ve seen drivers out here today that have years of experience that were not able to get into the doors and then to top it off you have trucks lined up on the side of the road where you would’ve been able to have a little bit of space to get in they’re parked illegally on both sides of the road. Hopefully this place is shut down eventually, and they get enough money to buy a bigger facility that accommodates 18 wheelers. This should be completely unacceptable.

Worse place ever i wish i could give 0 stars. Got here at 7am for a 9am appointment. This was just a partial load so unloading was super fast. I paid lumper at 9: 30am and still sat down waiting on the paperworks even after 12: 30pm. Am not even going to mention the docks space. If you don't plan on wasting your entire day then do not come here. Whosoever doing the counting in the warehouse is fully dunce on all levels. Ridiculous!

Three stars for the nice lady at the receiving office! Thank you for your kindness! They start at 7: 00am, you can park on the street for the night f you find a spot. Docks are tight to back up but if someone guides you is easy.

Check in for frozen could stand to be worked on. Prepare to stand in line for a while. Have your ID. Docks are tight. Street parking only to check in.

Only one star because I can't pick 0. Place opens at 7am, I pulled up at 6: 30am to check in for my 7am appointment time. Did not get checked in until 8. At 10am I walked in to see what's taking so long, they are unloading 1 pallet at. Time, counting it and then taking it to a shelf somewhere in the warehouse before coming back to get another. I'm not even half way empty I would advise anyone looking at a load going here to run the other way as fast as you can

They need to get rid of the fence and the curbs so truck's can maneuver around better, and a better management.

I will tell you that it has been one of the most detestable places that I have come, its people in receiving the office and the warehouse employees are detestable and very or rather unprofessional

The Spanish guy working by the window is always made people feel like bother hen, very bad actitud, if you don’t like your job just go and look for something else.pick up one little box 50 minutes just because they don’t care about no body.talking about the window where we pick up cool supplies

0 star very slow unloading my Apointament 7: 00am check in 7: 10 am check out 11: 50 (dry load)

Check in process kind of slow (they open at 7am) office at DD#10. But unloading shouldn't take long. Overall OK place to deliver (not much room to maneuver)

This place is terrible, the reception staff is extremely slow and rude, I give it one star to give my opinion.

Good luck if you have a sleeper and if you have a long hood, better hope you get a door without an island in front of it. Check in process took an hour, appointment for 8AM and paper work in hand at 09: 20AM. Three stars for the fast unload but one star for the rest of the process.

The guy from the office on the receiving so slow. You have to wait until he goes down and buys red bull and chips. It takes 15 minutes to check in one trucker. What place.

Terrible service. A whole morning to download. Office staff very slow and rude. Places like this should not exist

Not to bad of a place if your bringing frozen bring your a game cause backing can be a little tight if you get one of the doors in the middle looks like plenty of drivers have taken off half their fence does have street parking but fills up fast and they only take on time appointments no early

Driving on the expressway today I almost couldn't believe how the driver of this truck just cut right in front of a smaller vehicle without any signals. Slow down there, you could literally have caused a major accident.
I don't know who this is, but it's Friday, December 16th 2023 around 8: 15AM on the ramp from the Sawgrass Expressway to the Florida Turnpike.

I like this place just be on time a new appointment one hour and you gone overnight parking on the street nobody bothers me I had a good 10 hours sleep
