Perkins Restaurant & Bakery reviews
19Very bad service salad came after my food which I said no gravy so sent food back had to ask where it was never brought it back til 30 min after colnd
Understaffed, A/C was set too high, all were sweating. Staff tried their very best though.
This is my favorite Perkins location because the food and service are always great. Also, the bakery here is by far the best of any Perkins I've been to. I love their desserts if I'm dining in or purchasing a whole pie for takeout.
Eggs were runny, biscuits were hard. I ordered crisp bacon and it was no where near crisp. Didn't care for the potatoes either. Orange juice was good.
Breakfast any time. An excellent family or group place to gather and eat.
Great professional friendly workers.

Alright, so I know it's diner/breakfast food and I know it's a lower teir chain, but guys. The menu lineup is awesome, and the baked goods are absolutely off the chain. Just good old decent, fair, hardy, blue collar food.
Never come to eat here. They take forever to make the food. Every time i come here the restaurant is empty and they still take forever to bring the food. The worst place to eat
My friend and I waited over an hour for food. I understand the shortage of workers, but there were at least 3 servers plus a hostess type and a busboy on the floor. It was not too busy. Our server never returned to the table to make sure things were OK, or if we wanted ketchup. Hash browns were really greasy, bacon was hard like it had been reheated in microwave, fried fish had a tough unchewable piece, and a side if green beans that cost over 3 dollars, was no more than a small handfull. Otherwise the food was good. After waiting so long we were running late. I overheard our server offer free pie to another party because of long wait. Free pie was never offered to us. I probably wouldn't have accepted anyway, just needed to get to our appointment
Just had lunch and I really enjoyed it. Chicken soup with salad. Staff is professional and sanation measures in place environment was clean. They're hiring customer service professionals. Open interviews this week call if you're Interested ask for a manager. And here's a hidden gem buy three cookies get three free!
We stopped at Perkins after walking Out of IHOP. Service and food was excellent. We had our food in about 15 minutes. We left IHOP because we sat for 15minutes and never even seen a sever. And no they were not busy people that came in after us were already being served.
Late breakfast was ideal, good portions. I'm not a complainer but the hash browns/cooked potatoes were burnt and hard. Server was friendly. Everything was fine except the potatoes.
Although I love perkins. I found a hair on my food and the waitress what not even concern. She rushed took my plate and left. No sorry omg nothing. Wait
We love coming here for a company breakfast every so often. They always take great care of us. Service and food are perfect.
Wonderful breakfast. We got 2 of the family options with hotcakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. All 16 folks in our Airbnb demolished the grub. No would definitely order from them again.
Just had dessert and coffee. Sticky bun was too big and had too much runny icing for me.
I should have ordered the muffin. Can't go wrong with that choice which comes in many flavors.
The cleanliness of the place (in particular the sticky, discolored carpeting) is really disturbing regardless of the quality of the food (average) or service (absolutely horrible).
My mom who is 82 years old visited the store to purchase the lemon pie. She was told she had to wait about 15 minutes which turned into 25 minutes or so for the pie to bake. My mom was told to be careful because the pie was hot. Well. My mom wasn't happy about her experience there so I did a conference call with my mom and Jayda at the store, I asked for the manager who said his name was Dan. As I explained the issue, he preceded to ask me if I had ever baked a pie and explaining about the top of the pie. He then said he don't understand the complaint and hung up on us. I was very surprised because when I visit Fort Myers I meet a friend and have breakfast at Perkins. My mom felt like maybe she got that type of treatment because of her age and maybe so. But.after speaking with the person Dan, I'm thinking maybe it’s because she's African American. I'm in a management position and I would not dare even think about hanging up on a customer no matter what type of day I was having or if for some reason I didn't want to wait on certain types of people. Embarrassing to have someone call themselves a manager that would treat customers like that. He probably won't even be coached but nevertheless I wanted to pass it alone. Thank you
Love this place and amazing pies i took home 5 whole pies for my family and they were so polite and accommodating next time im in florida i will definitely be going here again
