I love going to Perla Lichi's showroom and seeing the different styles of furniture and unique pieces. There is everything from simple and clean, to ornate, to color pop. Every piece that I have brought home with me always starts a conversation at dinner parties. This showroom is definitely worth checking out!

Perla is the most remarkable interior decorator I have ever met. She has personally renovated over 20 condominiums units, high rise lobbies, religious institutions and homes that I have witnessed before and after. She creates incredible value add to the properties she does work in. I have been involved in the sales of her renovated properties and they continue to exceed the market prices time after time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for renovating their property with the idea in mind that the value will continue to increase over time.

Perla did a full home decoration top to bottom. She is absolutely amazing! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. Our house is incredible and we could have never done it without her vision and expertise!

When I decided to remodel my home, I did not fully realize the extent of such an undertaking. My main considerations were a budget and whether to work with an interior designer. I have worked with interior designers in the past and always found that not all completely have the same vision or are able to interpret my vision within my budget.

After researching and interviewing various interior designers I finally found Perla Lichi. Immediately, we clicked. She got me! She listened and reiterated my vision and was able to articulate it better than I could have. She was also so real and never put any pressure on me. The suggestions she made were solid and made sense. Most importantly, they were within my budget. She was very patient with me and I felt that we developed a relationship built on trust. It did not take me long to decide that Perla would be an integral part of the success of my remodel. I was completely overwhelmed and all over the place. She helps me focus, regroup and organize my thoughts.

Perla has excellent taste and resources. She knows where to find the right products and materials. She led us in new and different directions that provided beautiful solutions. The skilled workers and subcontractors she works with are first rate and artists at their craft. They are a pleasure to work with. She takes great care to select only the best. Perla is super professional and creative. I do real estate in New Jersey and she has staged some of my listings. She always knows how to create the WOW effect and make the rooms look stunning! She is my “go to” interior designer! Love her!

At first this woman seemed nice and professional, the problem is after i signed a contract for 25k for capital improvements which wasn't anything special. She wallpapered four accent walls and installed three boarder around three walls. It took her only a day to cash my first check for $12,500 and i still am waiting for her to finish the wallpaper. Never herd of a designer wanting paying in full before she even finished four accent walls. Not one piece of furniture was placed in my home. I then left a check of the balance for $12,500 and said please hold for three days, and this person placed a notice of lien for $12,500. The chandelier she had installed, which by the way had to be paid to install by me, was used and damaged. This woman is not that good of a designer and for $25,000 I paid her in advance was a waste. To many other good designers out there for anyone else to hire before you make the same mistake as i did unfortunately. This woman was recommended so i had no previous dealings or expectations to use before hiring her.

Perla will furnish and decorate an entire house for us. Her choices, professionalism, responsiveness are beyond compare. We were so impressed that she got to know us and our tastes and chose accordingly. I would recommend her design services to anyone. She blew us away at our initial visit with complete design, furniture picks and prices for most.

My home is now, thankfully, both stunning, and also super, super practical. Amazingly, Perla has woven together function and flare!
