Persia House of Kabob reviews
12Kabob is very dry and salty. Food is also expensive. I don’t mind to pay if it is worth it. I wish I could get my money back. Visit Virginia and visit some Persian kabob stores then the store owner might get ideas. You will see how Persian kabob stores should be. Add sumac, some vegetables and salad or sauce. Please don’t give the customer leftovers food. If I could, I would not give any stars.
Excellent koobideh kebab. Truly mouth watering, cooked to perfection, I mean anybody who doesn’t like this doesn’t have taste for a good kebab will all due respect. The owner and staff have such kind service, the barberry in the rice is so delectable, and the tomato itself is so juicy.also don’t forget to try the mast o khair yogurt
I’d give one star, but hey at least they cooked the food. Ghormeh Sabzi had two really small pieces of beef in it and tasted flat and watery. Rice was definitely not basmati, it smelled. And the Gyro sandwich was nothing to write home about and didn’t have a good taste.
I love their Sultani kabob with rice and also lamb shank. I’m a regular customer here. The only authentic Persian restaurant in Tampa Bay.
Food quality and quantity has certianly degraded.
Menu has changed with fewer servings per plate.
Rather then making kabobs by hand they now a machine to make it. Kaboba were cold from inside and warm from out.
In tye chicken platter - there were no spieces add as tradional persian food instead plane tasteless boiled chicken.
In sweets the baklawa tastes bad and felt it was made a week ago.
I told the guy at the front desk that baklawa.did not taste good. And his anawer was "yes we know but you wanted it"
My queatuon is then why are you selling it if you know its bad.
He was unapologatic, and just asked for the payment.
Nice local place for Iranian food, part of a Iranian grocery store. Friendly service and good food. Beef Koubideh could’ve been better, on the thin side and marination was off, rice was not the premium fluffy Iranian rice. Although the barg was A+ could’ve used a bit more marination but the meat was great just right juicy and cooked to perfection. They didn’t provide any condiments onions, parsley, cheese as you would expect at an Iranian restaurant and no sauce.
This is a wonderful restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared, and at a reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and made the dining experience an excellent one. There's also a market attached that sells Persian groceries.
Just a salty lamb kebob no spices at all and literally boiled rice. With that i had 500 ml drink and guess what I paid $21.
I went there for lunch. My friends and I were greeted
By a very nice gentleman called Mahmood. We received fantastic service from him.
The appetizers arrived shortly. Everything was fresh
tasted fantastic. The Kebobs arrived shortly after
and they were cooked to perfection. I had Persian
ice cream for dessert and it was made in the restaurant.
What a treat! The whole experience was FANTASTIC
Love their Kubideh Kebabs. It's a great place to shop in their market too. Get tea, sweets, spices, quality Avocado oil and Olive Oil. They have a frozen and refrigerated section too.
My family and I have been coming here for so many years. We all love it.
Excellent friendly service, great Food and Atmosphere, Love the kabobs, rice, chicken and Persian tea
My husband and I stopped by for lunch. The food was very tasty and fresh. The owner is a nice man, who chatted with us for a while. They also have a little grocery store where you can buy specialty Persian and Middle Eastern products. Glad we stopped by!
