5Easy to deal with from the office to the storage facility. Always very clean & maintained. What one should expect from a Great Storage facility!
It's OK. I like the older management better. These folks are nice though.
I just miss the old one, who when I get money late from my transport business, and am late, they would chard $10 after grace period, and by end of ninth "50 more. This one if you are late, the grace is 1 day shorter than the other, and $32 added, etc.
Not encouraging people to be late, just saying if there is a problem, then the other had less fees, and only once I lost income, and they were supposed to auction my stuff at end of month, but asked me about my situation, held off auction, allowed me to get back up and running, and at end of second month paid back all, etc. When I was truly in trouble, they helped me get back up, and reduced fees etc.
Things are slowing now after covid, so I need to add more contracts, etc, and only had to pay that 32 once, but if slow, that 32 at beginning of month, hurts, as opposed to 10 dollars at beginning of month, then 50 later, like the old contract. Things much higher now, all over though.
Been a customer for the past few months, so far so good. I do see dead bugs so that makes me happy knowing they are truely doing pest control. I have a climate control unit, and just wish it was a little cooler in there but all in all pretty good. Decent customer service also.
These people are crooks. They tell you a price over the phone. Then when it comes time to sign, they tell you about their 1-time admin fee plus a mandatory monthly insurance starting at $15/mo. Just include it with the price if it's mandatory.
Shady people, I will pay more money elsewhere if I have to, but I won't do business with liars.
Had to pay full month for one day
. NO help with getting refund from previous owners. It was very dirty had rats. Would not recommend putting anything in there. Had to throw up away mattress that I had less than 6 months before storing.
