Perspire Sauna Studio, Winter Park FL

This is not a sauna, it’s a warm room at best. Temperatures not getting above 165 (
Fahrenheit (74 Celcius) which is a ridiculous heat for a sauna. A proper sauna starts at 200 Fahrenheit and goes well beyond that on infusions. Also the temperature is set to an even lower level when you come in so you have to sit and wait for any sweating to assemble which is very uncomfortable. Furthermore the room is super small so you can’t even stretch your entire body and remain crammed. Probably the worst thing though is you can’t even shower which is an absolute no-go for any sauna visit. So the facts speak for themselves although the interior looks nice and clean but besides that there’s no way for a higher rating unfortunately.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. I love the private sauna space. It's comfortable and relaxing but gets the job done. I'm looking forward to going back.

All team members at Perspire Sauna have always shown there commitment to customer service as a top priority. The location is always spotless and the staff has my music preference ready when I arrive. I truly love the experience at the Winter Park location.

I have been researching infrared sauna benefits and looking for a local establishment. I am very happy to have found Perspire. The associates are friendly and helpful and the saunas are clean. So far, I have shown up for my appointments and my reserved sauna is available on time.

I was gonna give this place 1 star, but I’ll give it 2 stars since at least the place was clean.

I’m a member from out of town but the staff is not the friendliest, and there are no showers. Also the saunas are very old and can’t go above 155 degrees.

There’s a Restore Wellness down the road that will offer a much better experience and amenities for sure, so I would skip this place and check them out.

Easy place to find atmosphere eas great, the youn lady's was nice and I felt comfortable going in overall I had a great experience it was my first time going to a steam room, after all was said and done I felt great and I can't wait for my next appointment I will sure recommend friends.

Location is great, plenty of parking. The employees are welcoming and kind. Will answer any question you have about saunas and overall how they can be beneficial! Each room is clean yet cozy. I am happy to attend this location for the last 2 months!

•The staff is knowledgeable though I always think they need to have more knowledge related to research studies on sauna.
•The studio is always clean and NEVER smells like sweat.
•The water bottle filling is nice.
•Scheduling is very easy with the app
•A cold plunge would be nice in future studios

Pretty nice place. Prices aren’t absurd like other businesses I researched. They do have subscription packages but since I was visiting the area I didn’t really look to see what the value was. Another nice feature is that couples can share a sauna. I wish each room had a shower but understand that would add to the cost. Showers are available to subscribers of packages but I’m not sure if that means a sauna room with its own shower or if it’s a separate room.

On my first visit there Zoë made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Location is a little far from home however the benefits are so worth it!
