Lovely Art Deco Hotel 5 minutes walk from Lincon Road and the beach. Spacious room equipped with all comforts. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is great. Clean, organized and new rooms. The reception service is excellent! Great location.

Pestana Hotel is a great stay if you are looking for a stay near Miami Beach.
It is close to the beach as well as to Lincoln Road Mall.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is no carpet, which I really liked.

The best part is the team available for you. They are always happy to help you out, free beach towels and free beach seats.
Especially Rachel is 5* desk assistant, she is the best!

Had a fantastic two week stay in this smal, stylish comfortable Hotel in July. Staff were freindly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Room was cleaned and linen renewed each day. Aircon worked superbly a must in miami.
Location is perfect for beach, Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. Complimentary sun shade and beach towels each day along with two sun loungers already on beach.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a fabulous location.

This hotel is my favorite in Miami! You have everything within 5 minutes! The beach 2 blocks away with umbrellas and lounge chairs! Walking distance from Lincoln. It is a quiet family area

A very well run smaller hotel. Room. Was spacious and clean. The staff were all good at their jobs and friendly. Free WiFi around the hotel. Aircon slightly noisy but works really.

Great service! Very clean rooms and nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay here. They also provided us with a voucher for beach chairs and umbrella everyday. Would stay here again.

Went to pestana south beach because the Pestana Group means quality, amazing staff, bed was confortable. Only stayed 2 nights because we have the cruise, but wish we'd have the chance to stay more days. We checked out but we were able to stay more hours using the pool, cofee station. The staff was friendly and always smilling!

We stayed here for seven nights. The location was amazing: close to Lincoln mal, restaurants and the beach. The staff is super friendly and makes sure you have a nice stay. The hotel does look abit outdated and Our room was sometimes a bit noisy because of the neighbors upstairs therefore We got a free room upgrade. So that was very nice of them.
The gym was also very nice, it was outside with the pool view. I would recommend this hotel.

Very accommodating and perfect for Miami Convention Center meetings. It's right next to the beach and they even lend you umbrellas! ! They happily serve customers every day. A quiet place to work and play

Excellent service, the place is central to the beach and the shops, the pool is heated at night and is very clean, there is a cafeteria available and the rooms are very nice?
