PestBear, Lutz FL

I have used pest bear for many years now. They do a great job. My only real concern is I pay for inside and outside pest control, and I am never home for them to come inside. So the inside never gets sprayed. Overall I value their service.

Pestbear has been great for our Sprinklers. They were affordable and came out quickly. Toby came out and inspected and fixed our Sprinkle issues. He was great figuring the issues and fixed them quickly. Ask for Toby! He provided excellent customer service.

They keep coming into our private community bothering everyone despite telling them not to do so. We are reviewing all of our legal options.

So far, service has been very good.
They keep in touch about the service and call me every couple of months to ask me about service and offer additional services. The monthly rate is better than my previous pest service.

Pest services have been fine.no complaints. I'm less satisfied with lawn service. I've discussed areas of concern with 2 different technicians and neither had a good explanation for what might be the issue. Nothing done thus far has resolved my concern. I have expressed this concern with the office and requested to meet with technician at next service scheduled for later this week. I almost feel like I need to start treating my lawn myself but I'm paying for this service so hopefully I can get some satisfaction.

These guys have the best customer service you could ask for. Everyone is very nice whether it's on the phone or in person. They are very knowledgeable and they don't mind answering questions or explaining what they're doing or what could be the cause of an issue you're having. I do feel they care and try.

We never see insects inside our house due to the thorough job the team does on exterior of home! We now are using their Lawn service as well.

Services are very easy to schedule. We usually have the same technician come out and he is very friendly and professional. I like that I am able to have someone come out as many times needed without getting charged each time. Thank you!

Good Customer Service and I appreciate the fact that my pest service tech always closes the gate when finished.

Pest Bear has been treating my home for years. If I see any insects, they're dead! They also treat my lawn which stays healthy and looking sharp. Highly recommend this company.

We added the coverage when we first moved here and we are well pleased with the service. The service has been perfect and the workers have been great.

I use Pest Bear/Lawn Bear to treat my St. Augustine lawn and I can honestly say that I have one of the best lawns on the block because of them. My lawn has remained healthy, green, and thick since I started using their services a few months ago.
