Went In for medicine for a dog wanted to look at what they had and found a dead tarantula just laying by the others also the fish tanks were nasty obviously haven’t been cleaned for awhile would not recommend!

When you walk in the door its not to bad but as you proceed to the back of the store it has a smell. I seen a couple dead fish. I hesitated to buy any fish but I did buy some now my 3 fish Ive had for 2 years are stuggling to stay alive.

Just like every1 else had said, prices way too high compared to other stores and filthy! These people clearly do not belong running a pet store. I want to rescue all of the animals and replace them with whoever is responsible. All the 5star reviews are obviously owners or employees. Friends maybe? , Because there is no way anyone would feel this place is clean, helpful or friendly. Uneven offered to work there part time and the "manager" was offended that I knew more than he. You guys really need to tighten up!

I'm happy to see that the shop has cleaned up immensely over the past couple months, much more confident of purchasing supplies live or other as well as any potential future pet.

Enjoy this place and the fast assistance they provided. The ladies are nice, but the guys are the ones that seem to have the most personal first-hand knowledge when it comes to owning the aquatics and herps.

How did this place get 5 stars any stars for that matter!? Supposedly they just went under new management. It's worse then it was before. Terrible living conditions for ALL of the animals! Dead fish floating with live fish, crawfish eating other crawfish, disgusting tanks, small living quarters, wounded animals for sale, and god only knows the air quality in that place especially with the overwhelming amount of dander and feecies covering the bird cages. It was shocking how much animal cruelty I witnessed in this pet city. I brought my 3yr old in here for the first time since the new management started. She's a huge animal lover. Sadly I was in shock. I wanted to cry. We couldn't leave fast enough. I felt the need to write this review because nobody in the community should support such a disgrace of a pet shop. Hopefully somebody reads this.

Very friendly staff. Every time I come in they know exactly what i need to get. I've had no problems at all in the past 2 years of going there.

Please for the love of god do not get any animals from this store, I had to save (and this is no exaggeration) 3 Syrian hamster from a cage that had 15 of them in it of various ages sex’s and origins Syrians should not be housed together as babies it is okay but as adults they will fight and kill each other but because they don’t get their hamsters from one place and they take in anything that’s givin to them all their hamsters are sick because of this when I rescued these hamsters they had a disease thag spread to the rest of my rodents which ended up killing all of them with in a week and their hamsters are not the only problem theh have ungodly skinny ferrets, bunnies, and guinea pigs (mainly because they mix their food with water so they won’t have to feed them as much) their bird cages are filthy (along with the rodents and reptile cages) and over crowded In tiny cages to the point that these birds can’t fly yes these birds can’t even fly, the reptiles are the same way the only thing taken care of is the fish and that’s it the fish are all decently taken care. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF WHAT EVER GOD YOU BELIEVE IN DO NOT SHOP AT RHIS STORE

I got into red cherry shrimps because of the selection available at this Pet City! They also have a wide variety of saltwater fish that regular pet stores don't have. The store is well organized, and the staff is so friendly!

I love this pet store! I got my bearded dragon from here and he's thriving. They also have a great selection of pet food, and supplies. Also, if you have a beardie they carry a great selection of bugs! Everyone is so helpful as well. Definitely check this place out!

Came by to see what the new location was like since I enjoyed going to the Land O'Lakes one. The new coral tank looks awesome! A bit smaller than the LoL location but has everything I needed!

Close by and just as good! The tanks are clean and I especially like the new LEDs on the coral tank.

The pet store is great we love shopping there with the exception of one employee who clearly does not like her job she seems very dis crumpled like she doesn't want to be there every time we're there all of the other employees are great and their customer service is spectacular with the exception of the one lady
