I’ve made 10 phone calls so far this morning. Been hung up on 3 times and have been sent to voicemail 7 times. To use the word “unprofessional” would be an understatement.

Waited over 3 hours for an appointment that was confirmed. Find any alternative place to do your scans

My husband Gerardo Gutiérrez had a stress test exam. They called him that they were waiting for us for their appointment at 8: 00 am. We arrived at the place at 7: 50 and after 45 minutes they attended to him. My husband asked the front desk for help and the person was a little rude. I think there is a lack of more organization and customer service.

Sadly I've been waiting to be seen since 730a, it is currently 8: 53a. I was finally seen @9a.

I'm literally in my car already. They would probably benefit from not over-booking the technicians. Everyone was lovely but their scheduling methods could use a huge overhaul.

I went for a tiroid ultrasound with premium health care - the place was overwhelming full - people was rescheduling, specially elderly people complaining of the long hours, the copay amounts were Given wrong, and to make it worst the technician barely touch me and you could tell she was in a rush and didn’t care. My results came in as if I am perfect when I am following up on previous results.very disappointed!

This office and everything under Keila Hoover seems to be a joke.
This office has gotten into a heated argument with several Aetna Reps for the past few months, as they refuse to acknowledge my wife's completion on hitting her max out of pocket. They attempt to collect copayments for every exam despite having Aetna reps telling them that she has 0 copayments until the end of the year.

All their e-mails result in no communication, the only way I was able to resolve an overpayment issue in February was by filling a Fraud complaint with the state, and the refund was given nearly 3 months later.

Truly a despicable staff.

My waiting time was about 49 minutes and I can honestly say am happy I found this place, thank you Jessica you were so kind and helpful, also the ladies at the front desk, nurses and doctor everybody was very sweet and professional

No words I came for a 9: 30 am appointment and still waiting. There is only 1 physician and it’s at lunch. Disappointing, unprofessional, disrespectful.

I came to this place on 11/2/23 for a mammogram, breast ultrasound and thyroid ultrasound, I had an appointment at 8: 00 am is 11 and have not been called. When checking in, they said I had a CT scan what was not correct. While I was waiting they called me to confirm my appointment at 11 what was incorrect, then I was called for a echocardiogram what was not correct. This people do not know what they are doing. Worse place ever. PREMIUM HEALTHCARE IS ONE OF TGE WORST MEDICAL PLACES IN MIAMI.i'm walking out and calling my insurance to change doctors.

Very bad experience, my appointment was 11: 30 and they still hadn't called me at 2: 30. I wrote this while I was waiting so I can't tell you the end of the story.

I had an X-Ray appointment and an ultrasound was done in 1 hr. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Front staff was nice and helpful

VERY GOOD AND RENOVATED CENTER. AFTER READING THE WEATHER COMMENTS I WAS SCARED BUT NOT EVERYTHING WAS BETTER AND FAST. GOOD ATTENTION

Poor service to say the least. Appoinment time is not respected. I have waited for 2 hours and currently waiting. I could hear the front desk calling to confirm appointments they won’t respect.

Very good attention from all the girls at the front desk. They attended to me quickly and I felt comfortable. From when I entered until I left it was literally 20 minutes. Thank you
