They were very good to my little girl Emma. She was spayed last week and this Dr Smith did a fantastic job on the incision and the care!

They are so kind to my dogs! Great results with neutering…no complications. The Dr calls with lab results in a timely manner and explains clearly.

The first pics are not the happiest, but Bella is recovering very well! Today is day 5 after getting her spayed at Pet Pal and she It's making a very good recovery

Got our 8 week old puppy her first set of shots. It was affordable but the next three I'll have to check to see if they are still cheaper than other vets

Best vet clinic ever! The vet techs are very nice and super knowledgeable. The veterinarians are professional and provide excellent care for a low price!

The veterinarian I saw was absolutely fantastic and the desk and clerks were great however the wait time is unbearable I was told an hour and a half it ended up being four and a half hours sitting in the car I know that it's worth the price but four and a half hours is absolutely insane however it was clean great service would definitely go again

-The dog had eaten 8-9 hours prior to coming in - the vet who initially treated him was able to sedate him no problem with much less time in between meals. Regardless, this was an assumption and nobody had even asked me about this. The vet wouldn't even speak to me (assumedly because she knew she was acting unethically - I watched the staff filter out at the exact time you close, which I was told is never the case and wasn't a factor)
-In this case, he didn't require sedation at all. I thankfully found a competent vet who changed the bandage no problem in 15 minutes. If the vet had bothered to do their due diligence they would have seen this.
-This was just a straight up lazy move - we're all human and I understand, but at least take ownership.

Unfortunately there's no lower rating than 1-star. They booked me for a bandage change from a recent injury that had required emergency treatment, where they told me there was serious risk of infection and possible leg amputation if the wound wasn't cleaned and rebandaged next day. The emerg sent me to Pat Pal as it's pretty close and inexpensive for something like a bandage change. I called, explained the situation, and was grateful to be booked later that day.

After I arrived, while sitting in the room we were assigned I overheard the vet complaining about the appointment being booked so late in the day (3: 45 pm). She wanted to go home.
Then the vet assistant came in to let me know the vet declined to help my dog, with a bunch of excuses that frankly made no sense based on experience with many other facilities - including the one I had been at the night before.

I was given no advice that made sense given the urgency, they told me I was lucky I wasn't be billed anyways, and the vet wouldn't even come in themselves to give an explanation.

If you want real veterinary services with folks who care about their patients, I would suggest you skip this one.

Called to inquire about having my kitten spayed. The phone message said to leave a message and someone would call me back. No call back. My spouse called a few days later for a second time and no return call. We’ve found another vet that returns calls.

Amazing staff and Doctors. Prices are unbeatable. Please donate here if you can because what they do here is incredible.

Dr Doley and this business treated me very unprofessionally and I will do anything to keep people from being scammed by this clinic.

BUYER BEWARE…. Make sure the price they give you on the phone is the price they chArge you. Know your rights section 531 of the Florida regulation of trade and commerce states and I quote

No person shall misrepresent the price of any commodity or service sold or offered, exposed, or advertised for sale by weight, measure, or count, nor represent the price in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or in any way deceive a person.

I was quoted there advertised special of 60 for there dog basic 1 year package but after fighting with them on the price the refused to offer me that price due to me meeting up with the doctor for a physical exam.

Even though the exam fee was only $35, since I saw the doctor the 60 dollar package ended up trying to charge me a bill of over $200. Again know your rights!

The clinic when I arrived the waiting room was completely empty and that morning before I arrived I called ahead to see how quick it would take to get me in and out and I quote “it is super slow today so we should have you in a out very quickly.

Every time the vet techs came in the waiting room they tried to up sell me services completely different than what I was there for.

When providing estimates they wouldn’t give a clear answer on the price and the up sale services would be on there regardless of me telling them no.

The doctor which I paid for a physical for was only with me and my dog for less than two mins.

Dr doley was also super aggressive and her and the techs kept interrupting me and try to speak over my voice.

Long story short I had a incredibly bad experience I feel like they were trying to scam me I feel that they didn’t listen to me at all I still have an unanswered questions and I believe they do this to others as well but due to the fact that they’ve been doing this for a while they are very good at it.

They may be a cheap clinic but they will nickel and dime you every chance they get and I do not trust them one bit and if I find out my dog does end up having cancer Dr. Doley and this clinic Will be talking to my attorney about malpractice and misrepresentation

This clinic never follow up with pet owners. I had called every day for a week, left a message for the vet to call me back and I'm still waiting to hear for him. If my concerns for my pet are not good enough I will find another veterinarian that cares.

Affordable and competent. I don't care for the fact that vets don't bring pet owners into the examine offices any more. (Since Covid) I will be looking for a veterinary clinic that still does.

As a pitbulk advocate and animal lover this place broke my heart. I paid for my loved one to receive treatment and was met with racism. My dog was treated poorly and misdiagnosed. I paid for treatment and x-rays for him to die short while later. Upon examination at another vet I discovered my loved one was dying slowly internally from lack of treatment. Second Vet said this would have been easily noticed on previous x-rays. He died a slow painful death because of this place lack of service and prejudice against minorities and also pitbulls. Don't waste your money if you love your animal. You will receive lack lustered service!

My dog sitter had an emergency last minute and I had to secure other boarding arrangements. My dog needed a parvo vax in order to be accepted at preppy pets boarding and Pet pal was able to help me get a walk in vax in no time! Their walk in vax clinic is open from 9am -11am I believe! Highly recommend!

Ok there's no other place that I will take any Animal too other than PetPal. Hours are very convenient pricing is affordable and staff is friendly and extremly educated and more importantly loves all animals and their owners. Thank you for seeing ruby and getting her shots updated. Clean office.

Vet was very demeaning. Pointing finger to the ground while towing over me. Was almost yelling at me about my request for epilepsy medicine for my epileptic cat. I walked out in panicked state because of the vets attitude towards me. They declined sending me a bill and instead the receptionist said “we dont want to work with people like you” felt very disregarded, disrespected and dejected.

Very uncaring I was 10 minutes late due to my dog leaking fulid out of his eye And turned me away from my appointment even though they make you wait 30 minutes in the lobby every time

Brought kitty in 4 hernia surgery. Busy office. Hope I get report and post op feed back from doctor when I pick her up. Need 1 more oral Rx competed.hope they will do as I can't!
