Our dog is not neutered so he was kept separate from the group and received “one on one” play time with staff. During that time he ate an entire toy without the staff noticing. We only found out when he pooped out rubber pieces. Pet paradise paid for x-rays and vet visits but we were upset we were never informed and paying extra for one on one attention which obviously wasn’t happening. Against our better judgement we brought our dog there again as we loved the staff, but again our sweet boy was returned to us with an injury. This time his paw pad was nearly ripped off and bleeding. Again they never noticed and never informed us. We will never trust this facility with our baby again.

Really good option for local pet owners (especially for those whose dogs are in-tact; not spayed/neutered). Great team that is very accommodating. The services they provide are very good but my customer service experience has been fantastic with them. Highly recommend Pet Paradise!

These are the type of people who understand. Not all dogs have a positive first day at day care, and not all dogs have good memories to build on. Des and Brian and John and whoever else was working the front desk and with my dog during those first two days — I forget their names now — are wonderful, genuine dog people. Moca is a stray, possibly even feral, dog who was picked up by strangers 4 months ago from the streets of Puerto Rico and brought to Florida on a cargo plane, where she and her eight puppies were crammed in with other strays. Thereafter, she was at a shelter for two months before I rescued her, and then I had to take her back to the same shelter for spay surgery two months later, which was traumatic and somewhat of a setback in our training. It goes without saying that she has been through a lot, is still confused, and is adjusting to her new life, which includes learning to trust humans who probably mistreated her while she was a street dog. The employees at Pet Paradise are aware of her continued timidity and anxiety. Des has been wonderful, and I am grateful to her and Brian for helping Moca to get out into the yard. I appreciate you both and the support staff that helps you do such a great job helping animals that need your care. Even though I know this is just the beginning, I feel incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon Pet Paradise, and more specifically, this location and its fantastic staff. You can tell they love the dogs by looking at the continuous webcam footage. Many, many thanks!

We had a medical emergency while traveling. My wife had to go to the ER and I didn't know what to do with our puppy. I remembered that we had boarded him at Pet Paradise in Tallahassee, Florida and Odessa, Florida. Fortunately they had his records on file and were willing to board Harkin without a reservation. I am so grateful that they were so kind and this allowed me to spend time with my wife in the hospital.

I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am that I came here. Everyone is SO sweet and welcoming, my pup had so much fun playing in the pool and running around. Pet paradise is definitely the place to be! Thank you to everyone for being so kind and welcoming my pup like your own

We were looking for a day care relatively closer to our home on Military Trail. My wife found this establishment a mile or so up the rd. From the outside I was really impressed, However after entering the place it was very pleasant. Beautiful dog portraits on the wall. And a classy feeling. We were very pleasantly welcomed and we felt very comfortable right from the start. The staff were very informative and we loved the web cam as my wife was constantly checking it to see how Cassie was doing. From what I saw and experienced I would highly recommend them, And look forward to using their services in the future.

Great fun friendly people you can trust with your pets. Let's face it most of us will let anyone babysit kids but not our babies. My pups and cat love these people and they don't like most people.

Pet Paradise Palm Beach is the best! My yorkie-mix, Jojo, loves going to day camp to play with his friends and enjoy a monthly grooming to feel all fresh and clean. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pet Paradise for your fur-baby's day camp or boarding needs.

I can’t say enough about Pet Paradise in WPB Florida. I’ve had my fur baby Coco Chanel at this facility since she was 4.5 months. I was nervous about leaving her anywhere but Angela welcomed us and calmed my fears immediately. She took Coco in and that afternoon when I picked her up she was so happy. We have been going to Pet Paradise for almost a year now every day (I buy the weekly passes) and I get to see her play in the pool and romp with the other dogs on the camera. The entire staff is wonderful, dedicated and so caring to the both of us actually. They are professional and just love all the dogs and it shows! Kudos to manager Desiree -who goes above and beyond always, as well as the asst manager Angela -who is fabulous with all the details of making the pups stay safe and rewarding, as well as Amanda, Gina and the rest of the gang.

I’ve used thus location for boarding several times and the staff took great care of my dogs. They have webcams so you can look for your dogs while outside playing. Very clean facility and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing! They always take such good care of my baby girl. The groomer, Kim, is amazing as well, They now also host holidays pics and activities for guests as well. Slightly expensive but totally worth the peace of mind, time, and overall care when needed!

My pup absolutely loves Pet Paradise! We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place for our boy. The staff are all so kind and attentive to our Ghost. Thank you for taking such great care of him.

I love this place! I got my pup during the pandemic and when I had to go back to office work he had a little separation anxiety and also was basically a jerk having been without a “pack” for his whole growing up. The folks at PP took the extra time to get to know my baby and figure out how to help him. Although he’d gone thru obedience school they helped me with practical tips on the day to day. They are happy to see him and he’s happy to go. When I ask “go to camp see your friends? ” He does his happy dance and is out the door. These are good people who will take care of your fur baby like you would. Desiree, Angela, Dalton and the whole crew are awesome and I am blessed to have them as a support

Pet Paradise is my pet's home away from home! The staff is absolutely wonderful and always greets my pet with hugs and kisses! I can go to work in peace knowing that my dog is in a safe, and nurturing enviroment. I also love the Webcam feature, as I am able to watch Goldie interact and play with her furry friends. Pet Paradise is a blessing for both me and my pet!
