I'm very grateful and utterly satisfied with the service provided!
Punctuality, lack of problems and impeccable results for spaying/neutering, microchip implants, and mandatory vaccines for cats and dogs.
Gladly recommend the place, plus the prices could not be cheaper!
My best recommendation goes to the lady who took care of my kitten Mrs. Solange Krawieck and her assistant, who clearly explained to me in a very str8forward way what to expect IF the cat would be older than 5 months. Also she was very clear about the time to pick up my kitten post operatory and I must remark that SHE WAS NEVER RUDE OR DISREPECTFUL. AGAIN SHE WAS VERY STR8FORWARD ABOUT THE RISKS INVOLVED WHICH I ACCEPTED.
The place is overly solicited for its exceptionally good services so they needs to avoid oversensitive people who think their pet is the only one in line and blame them for not accomodating their needs!

This organization is scamming people out of $25 non refundable when you make an appointment and when you take your indoor cat they will turn it away and won’t spay or neuter for whatever reason!

My experience this morning at your trailer was absolutely HORRIBLE! I questioned the safety of my pets health if left with you. You are the doctor, and obviously having a very bad morning. The extent of my cat’s age assessment was two glances into a cage, this was not adequate or fair. I am like many people coming to your trailer. We are brand new cat owners and can barely tell the sex of the animal let alone their age by the month. If you can publish how we are supposed to tell our pet’s age PLEASE DO before we go through, taking work off, restricting our pets food and making our way across town during rush-hour to be denied because the age might or might not be five months old. A disgraceful way to treat new pet owners who are trying to do the right thing enjoy my $50 donation!

I cannot believe what I witnessed.
I was in line to get my cat spayed, a feral I trapped and was turned away along with another lady who brought a feral as well. According to the owner, a very rude lady who clearly has no compassion for the animals, we needed a long trap; yet, she took about 8-9 cats from one lady who were in small traps and cages. Then what I saw was unbelievable; I thought she was going to assault this lady, she got in her face and lunged at her, screaming at her that she told her she wasn’t allowed here and she told her that before but the lady customer said that she had an appointment for her cat and the owner got her in her face and yelled saying to her “I told you before you’re not allowed here” the customer was very passive and said then why would you take my money for appointments? ”
It’s insane to see a non profit owner treat any customer that way who claims to be so “passionate” about the cause. Later on I find out from another trapper that she recently was given a check donation over $40,000. Where does that money really go? I think this lady is a scam but she’s in for a treat. I have a very close relative who works in the FTC. I won’t let this be overlooked. I don’t think anyone should bring their cat or a trapped cat here because they most likely will be turned away. I have reason to believe she is scamming the system.

For the week of March 27,2023 I paid to have my cat neutered. On the day he was neutered, I followed all instructions both before and after the surgical procedure. My first problem was at the time of pick up. I was the only person in line to pick up my cat. The veterinarian informed me that he had fleas, which he didn’t have them going into surgery. Then the veterinarian told me that my cat already had a microchip but she refused to give me the microchip number or change it so that it had my information. The veterinarian proceeded to tell me to text or email the staff in order to get that information. I text and emailed the staff but I never received a response. My next problem was that after the surgery, my cat was very sick, even when I made sure to follow the after care surgery instructions. I took my cat to my veterinarian and they informed me that something that they did caused him to be very sick.

Sometime during the month of September, I sent a message to the staff asking questions and trying to get information on their spay and neuter program for puppies. The staff member told me that puppies had to be older than five months old, and had to be more than 20 pounds. Their website said something different and I confirmed it with the person once again. They repeated the same information twice. I waited until the month of October to ask the staff the same questions again to confirm the answers. I was told the complete opposite, and then I was told because my dogs are a specialty breed, which isn’t listed on their website, that they refused to neuter and spay my dogs and at this point they were too old.

I brought my cat to be fixed. When I went to pick him up, I asked how his surgery went and was told by the tech, “I don’t answer questions if you have questions call later” well if his surgery went poorly shouldn’t I know right away? Then she told me to get him a new collar because his collar is a dog collar. It’s actually a cat collar bought from Walmart with a bone on it. It’s a break away collar, kitten size, fits him well, has plenty of room for growth. I told her it was a cat collar and she started to argue with me till I gave up cuz what’s the point in arguing. I asked her if he was given pain meds or would be coming home with meds and she again said if I had questions to call. How is this a difficult question to answer? As the vet tech you should know the answer to these questions! It’s not like there were 20 people behind me waiting, only 1! These are important questions to know the answer to! Why can’t you answer them? Why be rude to the people paying you for a service? How about answering the questions and being polite!

Safe and solid place. The pricing makes it really affordable to spay/neuter your pet along with quality care. It is so easy to make an appointment through their website. They are timely, professional, and organized. My puppy is doing amazing since his procedure yesterday. Highly recommend.

The team at PPC does AMAZING work. Everything is well organized, explained in detail, and they're doing so much work for our community.

If you're looking for a place to make a donation, this is the place to give to! I plan on donating some of my next bonus to PPC so they can continue doing this lifesaving work

Fantastic experience. Fool proof online booking, very detailed website with high accuracy and quite informative. Deposit and final payment made easy. Zero wait time for pickup and decipherable after-care instructions. Simple, pleasant and affordable all around experience. High volume and detail oriented clinic with exquisite professionalism and an obvious love for the animals they treat.

The doctor is very straight but super Profesional and very knowledge. I've been doing all my animals with her and they all did fantastic and when we had any complications she was on top and did everything to help us. Went above and beyond.
We can't be any more happy and appreciative of everything she does daily.
I don't think people understand much the real magic that happens in there and she has to be that way otherwise will be impossible.
Just follow the instructions and you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate people who help out animals. However, this place is awful! I took off work so i could bring a feral male cat in to get neutered, vaccinated, and ear notch. I arrived on time and nobody was in line. The lady acted like I was interrupting her and looked around and said she didn’t think she had room for another feral. Then, she tells me that she doesn't like the carrier that I just purchased because the door was plastic. It was screwed together with metal screws and nuts, and I added zip ties for extra stability. She told me no because the cat could hurt someone? I said I'll never catch him again and should I just take him to the pound and she actually said OK and shut the door. Luckily, I was able to find a vet compassionate enough to provide the service. Not sure why she had such an attitude and why she was so unwilling to help. Nowhere on the website does it mention no plastic doors. I printed her requirements out prior to shopping for a carrier and it still wasn't good enough for her. How can you just turn away animals? Never again! She cared more about scolding me than helping the cat out. I understand places have rules but the plastic door isnt mentioned in them and her unwillingness in general to even make an exception speaks volumes about her character.

They provide low cost spay and neuter. No perhaps not falling over to meet your needs but they are there to meet your pets needs. They're very busy with obvious limited space. I'm thankful to be able to utilize this service. Thank you for the amazing service you do for these animals

Took my dog a toy poodle teddy here and I brought and did everything I was supposed to that was asked of me when I scheduled appt! Had zero issues they explained and told me everything that happened with teddy she didn't have to tell me that he was foaming in mouth at all she just said that he was given something to help and I appreciated that. They told me he was a good dog and I left happy I do highly recommend them!

This vet is nasty and unprofessional and doesn't even say good morning to her clients. Stay away she has zero customer service skills. Her website says they take walk-ins for stray cats, I paid someone to trap these cats that live behind my house it was quite a feat and got there half hour before they opened. She makes people wait in line, sometimes up to 2 hours but when it is their turn, she says she is full. She is outside and can clearly see how many people brought cats in traps. She could easily tell everyone I only have space for this many strays so people can find other place to take them and not waste hours standing in the sun with a cat in a trap.

If you ask her a question, she doesn't even respond half of the time, and if you ask again, she is rude and dismisses you fast. I'm never going back there. I had to release the ferals because I couldn't get them fixed anywhere else. I probably won't ever be able to catch them again. Waste of money.

My experience with Pet Population Control was wonderful. The Vet is very efficient and answered all my questions. I got my cat neutered and 1 day later he is doing great! I did schedule an appointment because my cat is an inside cat and drop off was at 8 and pick up was 12: 30. She also provided after care instructions. All you have to do is read her website and follow the instructions and things should go smoothly. And I have to add my cat is back to his normal self and sooo much nicer.

No complaints. If you read and follow through with the instructions you won't have any issues. My cat got neutered and he's doing well.

I have used Pet population a number of times for feral cats in my neighborhood as well as for my own family cat Pepsi. My cat developed an infection in her incision following her spaying procedure. The vet, DR. K.immediately responded asking for pictures and details of her condition. The Doctor was very kind and told me to bring my cat in. She removed the sutures and told me that my cat was allergic to he material that was used to suture the incision. She even took the time to follow up on my kitty cat to see how she was doing. I have read a few negative reviews but I personally have experienced nothing but efficient, professional and caring service from Pet Population staff. Because of the number of patients they see on a daily basis, they are extremely busy and cannot spend copious amount of time pampering, coddling and indulging people. They are a small operation doing critical work for feral animals and our beloved pets. I highly recommend Pet Population

Rude, Unprofessional. She makes rules and doesn’t stick to them. 3cats Max is 3 cats Max. Stop letting this old lady with 8 cats jump in front of every one in the line and take her. And then telling everyone that was first that Oh we can’t take your cats today. Am full!
If you running a non profit to serve the community. Stop keeping good people’s deposits. Do what you supposed to do. It doesn’t matter if is 1 year old or 5 years old.or in heat or had kittens is a feral that a Good Samaritan wants to adopt. Awesome. Is plenty of cats out there.couple of the streets to a good home. You as a Dr should be facilitating that. Not making impossible to happen. You having a bad day is not an excuse to mistreat us the customer and our pets. Or Feral cats. Been fair is not an option. You run your business as a dictator. Stop tuning your business they way you do.
