First time at this store location, the staff was really nice and helpful and it was a really clean store!

This pet store was run by people who love love pets. They always have the cuttest pets comparing to many pet stores around Delray Beach and pompano Beach. I got 2 guinea pigs and 1 rabbit from them.

I enjoy Pet Supermarket. I look around & get ideas but then seek out a less expensive retailer. Also they have great buys when items are "Sale" or "Clearance".

Pets, food, toys, accessories, even vet clinics. Everything you need to keep your pet happy and healthy.

The staff is friendly and the store always has exactly what I'm looking for. It's one of the only pet stores in my area that carrys the food my dog eats. The parking can be scarce (located right next to a supermarket).

I like pet stores, but this place I love. Really big variety of food, treats, toys, beds, accessories for all types of different pets. If you know how to look, you can get really great deals too! So awesome

They helped me getting started with my adopted kitten. I bought evyrthing I needed there, they have all the paraphernalia you need.

I went to this location to decide what type of pet to get my little one. The experience was okay until the manager/Supervisor of the store approached me asking how she could help. I told her why I was there and as soon as I told her how old my little one was, she then picked up her cell phone and began doing whatever it was she was doing. I guess she assumed that I wasn’t going to purchase anything. I was speaking to her, she didn’t answer, I asked her questions and she didn’t answer. I found her to be extremely rude and I’d never spend a dime or any more time in that store. That was unprofessional and it displayed poor taste especially because she is a Supervisor/Manager.

Store at Polo Club Shoppes 5030 Champion Blvd, Boca Raton, FL is leaving pets overnight in the building at temperatures near 90 degrees while A/C is broken and will not be fixed till Thursday. I asked manager if they would relocate pets to another store overnight and she said no. Another associate said they will turn a fan on and hope for the best. There are cats, ferrets, hamsters and a bunny being subject to ANIMAL CRUELTY AND ABUSE. I contacted another store to get district manager involved and instead I get a phone call from the unethical store manager who is subjecting the animals to abuse and she starts yelling and coping an attitude. This is disgusting.

Love Pet Supermarket at Polo Club! Especially Vicky! She's super cool and knowledgeable! The store is well layed out, and has everything you need! HIGHLY recommend!

Love this place! Super nice staff and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. And made sure I left with a smile! Must go for any pet lover!

I’m very sorry that I came here today. Every time the employees have been really nice and helpful. They enroll me in the rewards program and everything but today the apparently manager Lisa was there and almost ruined my morning with her attitude and horrible customer service. She was very rude to me in front of my teen daughter. Please corporate do something about this Lisa and her bad bad attitude. These young employees deserve a much better leader.
