Pet Supermarket, Sebring FL

This store is in a large plaza with lots of parking and wheelchair access. The store is wheelchair accessible. I didn't see any signs permitting or excluding pets on leashes. Their pet food selection is somewhat limited, with a small selection of various brands although they did seem to have a good selection of fish tanks and fish products. If you're looking for a specific type of pet food, it's probably best to call first and see if they carry it.

Usually I bring my little Pomchi, BabyGirl, with me but not this time. She LOVES going there, picking out a toy or just browsing the aisles.
This time I wanted just a quick in & out and that's what it was.
I did have to ask what happened to the small balls but I was taken straight to them. They were now on the next shelf down the aisle.
The store is always clean and the employees always pleasant. Take me to what ever I'm looking for or suggest something that just might help me in my needs.
I'll be back but next time with BabyGirl in tow!

This is our second time purchasing a pocket size let, Teddy Bear Hamster! Our over all experience was amazing, the sale rep was so helpful and I formative! Our new Baby Hamster is just beautiful sweet and live the snuggling! We wl in the future but another hamster fro. T

Staff was very nice and helpful. Had to return a harness that I bought that was to big and got a smaller one.no problem at all thank you staff for your help.

Good selection of what we were looking for and much more reasonable prices than the competition, also has a rewards and coupon program.

I don't dislike Pet Supermarket. I did find some treats for Brutus and some cat food with bacon in it

They have just about everything you might need for your pets but employees seem to be bothered if you ask them for help, especially getting fish for you.

The bulk cat litter can be found towards the back of the store. It is in bulk so I purchase about 60lbs a month and I save a lot of $$. It's cheaper and comparable to other leading brands.

Great staff, I called in need, over the phone they answered and I went in and picked up exactly what I needed!

Great Staff very nice and helpful even a staff member who was leaving stopped to help me find what I was looking for.

Very upset that they don't have hideaways for there baby guinea pigs to hide in I have been in the store several times. They never give them to the piggies. They should have it.

I buy cat food here regularly. I have never had any issues and am always greeted by a friendly associate when I walk in the door. They seem polite, knowledgable, and helpful.

They have a wide variety of dog food brands and a program for repeat customers to get a free bag after so many are purchased. They always have great sales and coupons. Best place to get dog food. They always have what I need in stock.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a big selection of animal food and prices are reasonable.

Nice smaller pet store. Prices are not bad at all. Most of the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

Wonderful staff!
Always get my bearded’s crickets here, staff loves to interact with us and the reptiles, especially letting us hold them. They are professionals and only occasionally are out of crickets but tell us when they’ll get more, only recommend to get bigger crickets but in no way their fault. The cats are wonderful and they also let you open the cage; they even know when we come in that we usually need crickets, even knowing how many and what size! Much better than Petco! <:

Found anti-bark collar in stock and about 1/2 the price of the best price I could find on the internet and didn't have to pay for shipping.

I love the helpfulness and all the animals. Great prices on litter refills. But, 40 plus dollar medium bag catfood.come on, really?

It's an okay pet store, but they did not have what I wanted (a live rat to feed to my pet Ball Python snake).

Staff is really friendly, a great location well kept. Can find wonderful products at low prices always good clearance items, and homemade dog and cat treats too. Don't forget they bring in adoptable cats from time to time, you may find a furry baby in there to take home with you.
