Pet Supermarket, Hialeah FL

Recently purchased some dog food and the new manager or so he says he was did not uphold the company’s policy to exchange dog food my dog did not like (in the past did not have that problem with other mgr) Tried to say that bag had a lot of food missing. I paid for the new bag because I really could not give that food she would not eat it. Needless to say I will be purchasing my next food from either online or Petsmart. Will not give them any of my future business, it’s a shame because this is the 1st time at that location I had a problem, this was a new mgr that made a bad decision.

Thank you for your cleanliness and caution, your positivity, attentiveness, and friendliness during this situation. I'm so happy I can safely shop for my pet at Pet Supermarket. I appreciate how seriously you're taking the disinfecting and social distancing. Please don't be discouraged by customers who say it is too much. Don't be bullied into relaxing your efforts by rude complaints from careless patrons. It is exactly what every store should be doing, not just pet stores.

The staff is very welcoming and very knowledgeable! The whole store is full of love and harmony. Cute animals making everyone smile! This store has one of the best selections of fishes that I have seen so far. Thanks to the staff I found all the perfect treats for my dog! Thank you all for your kindness!

Called them in the middle of the hurricane to make sure they were open and they told me they were, fast forward 7 mins, I get to the store someone tell me it's closed when obviously isn't. Long story short I have to drive around under pouring rain trying to find some dog food when they obviously could help me in there. Someone in there should be fired for not caring about their clients.

I love how friendly the staff is but i don't care for animals but my wife wanted some dog toys and we walk inside and they have everything she needed. I love how good the place looked inside. I like how good it looked inside i went and bought me a saint bernard puppy and now I'm a dog lover

I have 2 types of pets sugar glyders and pit bulls now they carry the food for my dogs and they carry the food for my glydes but everytime i go to purchase for the sugar glyders they dont have it my question is it in high demand or we just not ordering its an inconvenience to have to shop at to different Pet stores as for the customer service they get a 5 stars but i could give 1 because i was in hialeah and had to drive all the way to Wynwood to PetSmart to get sugar glyder food

I didn't come here much maybe once or twice before but now I'll be going back a lot more. The staff helped me find everything I was looking for and they were very knowledgeable. The store was clean and organized well and best of all the staff informed me about their price match which I was completely unaware of until then lol. They get 5 stars

I was looking for some treats for my dog and I was asked by the staff male employee if I needed help immediately he went beyond to see if they had it or carried it. He even had asked another male employee help him. Thank you for great costumer services.

Very helpful and knowledge about the different brands of dog food. Made my decision a lot easier by comparing Ingredients, Protein content, Fat percentage and Calories per serving.
