Pet Supermarket - Now Open, Titusville FL

Haven't had a bad experience at this location ever. Great customer service and even great return policy. Accidentally had the wrong dog food and didn't notice until I got home. There were no questions asked when I brought it back.

Helpful sales associate. Wide variety of selection of cat foods. Looking for low calorie. Had several choices to consider. Plus a $5 coupon from the Sunday paper.

Great location and the staff is always nice. Love that they have self serve baths for our fur babies!

Huge shop, great selection of all kind of things. We have purchased a nice amount of toys and treat for our beloved dog.

Nice store but the employees working there not so great don't look like they want to work there little customer service they need a little more pep in there step ‍️

The store manager is arrogant and not aware of the store sales. Caw ears price went up from $1.59 to $1.99 in 4 days this week. When I jokely mentioned the price change the store manager was rude and stated it was never on sale in the first place - made me feel like I waa trying to bargain. I just got home and compared my receipt from both purchases and Guess what Mr. Store Manager, the price did go up in 4 days. (Lesson here is not about pricing is how someone was rude and arrogant while being 100% wrong!).

I love going here to get my 13yr old doggie treats! He loves the gourmet treats they have, and especially today, it's his 13th Birthday

Super friendly staff but the super expensive prices don't equal out. Other places in town for affordable pet care.

I love this place! They always have what I need. And usually at a better price. Also, the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Not something you find at a lot of pet shops.

I am a huge fan of the pet wash station at this store! In less than 30 minutes my husband and I can have both of our dogs washed, conditioned, rinsed and dried off. And - we don’t get soaking wet doing it ourselves or have any of the cleanup. That’s right.no more hunting for shampoo bottles, or cleaning up or even doing laundry. You have seriously taken us from a several hour ordeal down to just minutes, and at the fraction of the cost of a groomer.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I picked up several puzzle tots for my dog. Thanks for helping me keep her entertained.

The staff here is super friendly and seem knowledgeable. Their animals are always healthy and well cared for. Their prices are the best in the area for pets, food, and supplies. We bought two crested geckos from here several months ago and they are doing great. I had no experience with the species prior to purchasing them. Various staff members still help me when I have a question about caring for the geckos. I also appreciate the fact that they never seem annoyed with my children or other children looking at the animals.

Stopped by to pick up litter, but ended up browsing for a while. They have so many toys and snacks. I will be back.

Not happy with this store lately. First of all, they sell many different types of Lizards, yet they are constantly out of crickets, which are ued to feed many breeds of Lizards. Secondly, their crickets keep shrinking and they do nothing about the price. I got 5 dozen "large" that they explained we're more like a "medium sized cricket, " yet even after I asked them to please recount the bag and give me the "bigger" crickets, there were over 20 in the bag that we're about the size of my pinky finger nail (MAYBE A HALF AN INCH LONG.) I asked at the counter for some type of discount or anything to make up for the "mini" crickets, but they told me they couldn't help me and I had to pay full price. ‍️ I paid what I had to so our Lizards could eat, but come on now! What happened to customer service? When an establishment CLEARLY KNOWS THEY ARE SELLING AN INFERIOR PRODUCT, they could AT LEAST double the amount given OR OFFER A DISCOUNT. THESE crickets we're like selling a baby mouse, but CHARGING the customer the price for a FULL GROWN RAT.

I tried their Dog washing station today with my King Shephard (long haired german shephard basically) and it was awesome!

For $10 bucks they provide shampoo, towels, and even have dryers so I can make his coat nice and dry

Friendly staff. Had almost everything I went to get. Typical pet supermarket all your pet supplies. Clean store clean cages and tanks for all the critters. Staff was friendly and willing to help. A couple of things I was looking for weren't in stock.

Awesome place my pup Samson loves going for baths. Do it yourself wash cost 10 bucks. Even took a pig for a bath there today

Half the time I go in there and they don't have crickets where they don't have mealworms never really have what I need and always it's going to be coming in on the next truck doesn't matter what day I come in

I love this store! The staff is extremely nice and very helpful! The only negative thing that I would have to say is the prices are more expensive than other places that are in the area.
