Helpful stuff and very fast check out very organized and clean. Just not that much parking slots. And very good views at parking lot!

It has been an amazing experience now talking over the phone with the Staff member Leo that was helping me. I am currently in a situation that I cannot leave my house so when I explain to him everything that was going on and I broke it down to him he went ahead and he got the birds that I wanted correctly he set it all up for me and he made it all easy for me to have somebody just go ahead and pick it up from the store and be ready just to pay it out in the cash register when they got there upon arrival it was an amazing thing and experience and I cannot wait to go back and buy something else again from them truly a great place of business ️

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and in my life I have not been this disrespected in that store. Two employee, one playing with the rabbits and the other to busy to care for the customers. I was waiting for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the register. The lady playing with the rabbit is looking at me waiting in the register and didn’t even move a muscle. The guy approaches the other register looking for something and doesn’t even acknowledge either. I said is there anyone that could please ring me up, he had the audacity to say for me to wait that he was busy. With that customer service and with shelves empty I think you should close your stores.

Its was horrible everything was empty the workers were doing their own things and a little rude couldn't find anything parking is terrible

I had an amazing experience in this store this last visit. I came here a couple months ago and it was a disaster, employees were rude and I never thought I would step back in here. I came as a last resort and it was such a change. The employees Kelvin, Leo and Elizabeth, were all so helpful and nice. The store was much cleaner and even though it was pretty empty, they still managed to help me get the things I needed for my puppy! Amazing service! Awesome change! Great job!

The staff at this Pet Supermarket are the best! So helpful, friendly and professional and they go out of their way to find what you need. I have been to other Pet Supermarkets and this one is the best. The current management is by far the best I've seen in quite some time! Thanks for all you do to help us all.

Went into the store to get my goldfish some company since i had recently upgraded to a larger tank. Spoke to Leo about my gold fish and new tank conditions. He was able to expertly reccomend compatible fish species and sizes, that would play nice with with eachother, and gave me many helpful tips to keep my fish happy and healthy. Highly reccomend tgis pet shop for their assortment of options, and friendly staff. Great place to shop, and in sure I'll be back in the future for all my pet needs.

Love this store so much the employee Kelvin helped me out so much poor kid ran all around the store to help me I appreciate him so much my dog is so happy with the food and salmon oil Kelvin recommend for him
