Excellent and dedicated staff of employees. Hundreds of items for your pets, including food, and great advice by a very knowledgeable staff. My favorite pet supermarket.

I got a cat from this place biggest mistake I've ever done. The the cat is demanding and wants attention and to be petted all the time. He assumes my bed is his bed and takes the middle. When I go to the bathroom he insists on watching me. He leaves fur everywhere. I would return him but he's now part of my family sadly.

The team memeber who assistant me was very helpful and nice. I was looking for flea treatment for my dog, she showed me what would work best and why

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! The staff assisted me with my furball's digestive issues and patiently answered all my questions.

Always great customer service and selection, pricing could adjust down a tad, but selection makes up for that ten fold.

I shop there weekly. I have 4 cats, 4 dogs, a snake and a 55 gallon fish tank. I find all the employees accommodating and knowledgeable. Also the prices are fair. I won't go anywhere else. Kudos to manager Liz and Kevin!

Kevin, the employee with the fabulous nails, he was so sweet and helpful! Bought my second guinea pig Cookie here with ease. William is also amazing as well as the manager blonde manager, Michelle, I believe that’s her name. She helped me purchase my first pig. Keep up the great work!

They were selling a very unhealthy, about to die, skinny pig (hairless guinea pig). They should've taken him to the vet, not put him for sale. This poor guy is just one of the Many suffering petstore animals. I definitely do NOT recommend buying any animal from them.
Update: He's not there anymore, someone said they called and the person just said they don't sell guinea pig *face palm* I can only hope he is at a vet, but chances are slim.

Quiet off the beaten road type place for securing pet products. Can be somewhat pricy.but that's the new normal. Most adorable pets for sale.

The associate there was absolutely helpful. Got me everything need to take care of a betta fish and the fish itself for my son.

Super friendly & helpful staff. I feel horrible but I forgot the young lady's name who helped us and she was sooo awesome helping us pick out a good leather collar & matching leash.

I love this store! It's clean and does not smell like a pet store when you walk in. It's spacious which makes it easy to maneuver down the aisles. Though there are live pets in the store, it's quiet. You are not overcome by the sounds of wildlife. The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate your help and patience. Joined the rewards club because.who hates the occasional discount/freebie? ! (No one said ever)

I won't go here to buy food. However the whole staff 100% amazing like Izzy are people that if I started my own business I would definitely track them down amazing customer service great knowledge a product
