I had the pleasure of meeting Angel (manager of ur coconut grove store) he was very nice and knowledgeable about his store I also met Antonio who helped me find what I needed and knew exactly where to find them. He was great and I will look for him the next time I shop. They are both a great asset to you company. Thanks

Best employee at this location is Dexter who always greets you with a smile and seems to know just what you need, makes recommendations. Remembers his regular customers. Goes out of his way to help. Very knowledgeable of products and services.

Today I left the store traumatized for all the dead beta fish I saw in EXTREMELY-DIRTY bowls. Their negligence with the poor little animals is sad.

Easy in and out. Well staffed. Decent assortment of cat and dog food, which is why I shop here myself. Parking is good. They're open seven days a week.

I will never go to this Pet-supermarket again, I went Monday 05/24/2021 to get neon tetras and supplies for my fish tank hobby and noticed that the guppies where gasping for air and dying. I advised the store manager and the store clerk and their answer? Ohhh well it happens I asked them why they would not put another air filter to help them breath as the one inside was barely working and they said with rudeness it really does not matter they die all the time. It was so cruel and just to make it worse they had the Betta's in less than two inches of water in an extremely cold store. If your going to sell pets a least have some compassion and take care of them properly.

You are the best pet shop that I've known! Seven days sooner, I got some stuff for my canines. I was so stunned when you just offered those stuff at a really reasonable cost. I truly making the most of your associations, the fights were so cordial and skilled. Keep it up.individuals! Appreciative to you! I ought to unequivocally prescribe you to everybody!

The best pet store around! This spot has all that you require/need for your fluffy family. People that work here are for each situation pleasing and obliging. They moreover a colossal heap of different treats and food choices. I'm so happy to have found this store. It's a spine for my shopping from now on and will recommend the shop to my relatives! 2 years ago I walked into this Petsupermarket to find the bearded dragons eating eachother. They were going to leave her in the back of the store " to regrow her tail" but in actually they were going to leave her to die.

Bearded dragons DO NOT regrow their tails.

I sadly couldn't save all 3 dragons because Petsupermarket only gave me 10% off for a missing tail instead of thinking about the well being of their animals.
It STILL breakers my heart to this day that the other 2 dragons that were also missing limbs, probably died in the back of the store "waiting to regrow their tails" because of their ignorance and neglect.

I NEVER stepped into ANY Petsupermarket again.

I just wanted to give an update from 2 years ago, that the Bearded Dragon does have bone issues but is overall doing just fine. This picture is from last Christmas so I know it's old, but I thought it was the cutest one.

I am starting on my own small little aquarium, so I went to this Pet Supermarket. I can only give this place five stars but if I could I would give more. Bryan the store attendant was on point with everything. Helpful knowledgeable and nice. Even the cashier was super nice. Honestly it was a pleasure to shop there. And I will be going back to buy food for my dog Joy and my new guppies. In this crazy aggressive world it's great to go to a place where people are so nice. UPDATE-I went back to get supplies and I saw that the guppies were dying advised clerk and the manager and they stated it happens. I will NOT go back so sad because when I first went they were amazing Now they are cruel and just don't care about living animals AWFUL!

If you're searching for a pet, this is the place to go. They did, however, have a large number of pets available for purchase. It was spotless and very spacious.

I have gone a few times to this location everyone is nice and helpful. Thank you so much JORGE for helping me get the correct food for my dogs also being so knowledgeable about items in the store. I go here all the time, at least 1 every 2 weeks, and the employ names Brian is is just the best, he always is friendly to customers, he assiste In the many ways he could. He deserves to have a raise or to at least be noticed for his friendly and for assisting customers fast with any way he could. Shout out to BRIAN!

A big, reasonably priced pet store is right across the street from me! I suggested that you get some dog toys for my dogs. I was overjoyed that your staff was both helpful and courteous in answering my questions. The shop's height astounded me, as did the way it smelled. What a wonderful pet shop, without a doubt the best in the world! It's undeniably delicious!

This pet shop is well-run and readily identified. Employees are always respectful and courteous. They have a wide variety of pet treats, including some delicious locally made dog food. Cat meal contains a wide range of foods. Strongly recommended!
