Very nice helpful and courteous lady who took care of us. She was knowledgeable of the products and even gave us samples of the pet food to try. Big difference from the manager that was there before. It was a pleasure to shop there.

They have a huge variety of pet products! And they even have some small animals including kittens for adoption in the store!

With COVID-19 and shortage of goods, how can we live without poop bags. When I ran out I noticed that general shopping at Walmart found a blank spot for these bags. I went to Pet Supermarket and they had multiple choices and brands. I stocked up on 2 of the large refills. And surprisingly, they were cheaper than the Walmart store.

Not the greatest place, you should not buy pets from any pet store in general. As they all come from mills and are usually not the healthiest. Also I discovered that the prices there are not always the best bargains and they fail to remove old sale signs and they will not honor them either. But if your looking for something specific that you probably won't find at say Walmart or other retailers. Then yes they carry a very wide variety of products for your furry best friends!

The customer service is great! Store is clean. However their prices are way too high. Cat litter is $7 more than I pay anywhere else. Cat food is $$$$$. Can't afford their prices any longer

The fish area is absolutely disgusting. So many dead and dying fish. The tanks were absolutely filthy and looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. All the bettas were also very sickly looking with clamped fins the water was disgusting also probably had never been cleaned and they even had a dead betta in a bowl. When i pointed it out at the register the cashier could careless. I will not be returning to this location.

Prices are pretty high compared to other pet stores, but the staff is very nice. Selection on certain things is smaller but they have the mainstays.

Great selection of items for all types of pets, clean store, very organized, prices are very comparable to chewy, other box stores, staff was present and attentive. This is a complete pet store that sells tropical fish, live animals, different types of birds, pet supplies for exotics to domestics as well. Recommend this location

Was greeted by cashier when I walked in the door. Walked around aimlessly looking for salmon oil. No one came to assist, I looked for cashier to ask for help but nowhere to be found. Another walked to counter, a female yelled she would there in a minute. I walked out without what I was looking for. This was unusual treatment. I may try again.

Completely Disappointed! Called to ask about bringing back a goldfish that died after only one day with the fish. The girl on the phone never explained I had to bring the fish back seperate from the water sample I was going to have tested so they can determine why it died. I bought two goldfish one died one is alive and swimming well. They have a 7-day money back guarantee lie. That is called LYING to people while STEALING their money. The man tested the water said it showed the ph was a little high thats all he said. I let the water cycle for three days and added 5ml of this solution that my tank came with to clean the water. This guy neither says to get another fish or give me my money back. He says I had to let the water cycle for 5 days. He tells me to come back in two days with another water sample. What a Joke. Have had fish all my life never happened to me. If the fish was sick I dont know but I did everything I supposed to do and the 7-day guarantee was a total scam to pretend like they would do something about it. I wouldn't recommend this place. Also I had my receipt.

If I could give Daria the groomer there a million stars I would. She really listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I may have found my baby's groomer for life if she doesn't disappear. I am beyond happy

Staff is always super friendly. They have difficulty keeping frozen brine shrimp in stock, and some items are a little overpriced. I still frequently shop there.

Great Customer Service by everyone on the shift. They definitely work as a TEAM, placing Customer needs before anything else. While Carlos Enrique was ringing up my purchase, I mentioned my (4) yr old pit bull has been itching like crazy. I aaked aboutvit, to no one in particular, when Anthony immediately asked me 3 or 4 questions, walked me over to the dry food brand I serve Gigi & BAM!
We figured out by the dog pictured on the bag of dry food, I had been giving a (4) yr old adult pup SENIOR dog food for the past few months. OK, now I had some direction. I purchased a small bag of the correct food to try for 10 or so days. Anthony suggested I chart her activities to narrow down what could be causing the insatiable itching. He did NOT pressure me to purchase anything. I had already checked out, remember?
The dry "grain free" food was 15% off & in addition to the manufacturers discount, the Manager honored my 10% off "IN STORE ONLY" coupon from "Retail Me Not"

It's okay if you want to just buy food and not pets. Barely any fish I took a few pictures of the best fish but still not a wide variety and the hamster and bird section was completely empty.

Employees closed the store an hour early! They're in there and don't want to sell. Store hours say they close at 9pm, I arrive at 8: 15 and I can't get reptile food! Lazy employees

Really friendly and actually care about the animals they handle. I was in and out with no problems. Great prices as well
