I’m very offended and I feel highly upset due to one of managers in this location on Michigan ST, “Ashley” she was very rude to me and my family and unfortunately although I love Pet Supermarket, I will not be coming back to this location just because I have learned after today that Ashley, one of the managers from this location. As a long time costumer I highly advise corporate or HR to reconsider having this individual as a part of their staff due to her unprofessional attitude and unnecessary comments.

Went in there today and couldn’t remember the food I feed my cats and Evan was so helpful and looked it up for me and showed me where it was…very helpful and friendly staff in there

This store is great! Its clean, smells nice for a pet store, and the employees are very nice. However, i stopped by on tuesday for the first time, and there was a bigger guy who I tried to talk to but he seemed really out of it-luckily the next employee i asked was able to help.only reason this isn’t 5 stars.

Connie is great, she has been grooming my mini schnauzer since he was a baby.almost 6 years old now.shes the GOAT.ashley, kristen, cody. GREAT customer service, thank you for the "pawcuterie" board️

I had some issues trying to find the proper diet for my rescue kitten. CODY, from what his tag said, was more than happy to step out from what he was already doing to help me. He basically saved my kittens life! He helped me to find her some goats milk, dewormer and a great blend of food for her. Now she's eating running all over the place and enjoying her kitty life. I owe the biggest thanks to CODY!

ERIC IS AMAZING! Takes great care of the pets, gives them love like his own so you know they are well taken care of. His customer service is personal and of such superb quality. He brings a special kind of care/service/experience to coming to this store. Amazing person and worker all around. This will be my go to pet store just because of the experience he gave me and my daughter

I enjoy your store very much. Very clean and spacey! I was in 2 days ago looking for chew toys for cats. Your clerk was very helpful. She has a cat and two kittens herself. My kitten is obsessed with hugging and biting my arm. She suggested I try the SPOT Kick and Chew Fish Toy to redirect her to. Spot On! My kitten loves it! My husband thinks she thinks the crinkling sound is it's bones breaking. Lol Thank you and your store clerk SOOOO Much. I wish I knew her name. I do know she has a kitten named Kevin. Lol Thanks again!

My experience wasn't the best. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. When I finally got tired of waiting, I interrupted their powwow meeting. I stood there as if I were invisible.

Went to pick up crickets and ended up asking advice on a picky gecko I have at home. Kristen was super kind and offered many different alternatives as to what could help and was overall just a delight to talk with. Will definitely be getting my crickets from this location from here on out

Everyone working here is so nice and helpful and for this to be a pet store it is always clean and neat.

After my pet died oh, they still Granite the warranty and gave me a new pack that my. I love is just as much! They are the best

This is our local pet store & I love them. They are always super helpful & friendly. If they don't have what we need they always offer to get it. Their customer service can't be beat which keeps me coming back.

I bought some parakeets there, and haven't had one since I was a kid. They guided me in the right direction. They are very friendly, and knowledgeable there.
