Even Kiki loves the Pet Supermarket.
I love that I can bring my Kiki here to pick out her favorite toys food and vitamins.

Nice to have a pet store that’s small but much easier to shop than the other big stores. Staff friendly, returns gladly accepted which helps if you have picky pet. The store has a good selection of products for many types of pets. The staff knowledgeable and available if you have questions.
Been shopping here for 10 years or more and will certainly continue going forward.

Much better crickets than other stores (although reptile specialist stores sell the best).

Decent prices on cat food and litter.

Deducted a star because their own brand of grain-free food is no longer stocked in store in the size of bag and variety that our cats prefer. It's a must in our multi-cat home because it's the only food that they're all doing very well on. It's not inexpensive, so being faced with the choice of several smaller bags for a higher price or buying the largest bags in bulk online to avoid shipping costs means we'll always choose the latter.

I really wish the manager would reconsider. We must buy five or six of the biggest bags every month.

I've been a customer for about 3 years now.always has better, cheaper prices on everything. The animals are healthy and in good condition. Crickets live really cheap around 2 bucks per dozen or 2!

Pretty much always find what I need for my cat here. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Sold me a snake n package that died less than 3 months after. Did nothing to help. Trash facility

I do not recommend buying fish here! I was looking for a particular fish and noticed a lot of dead fish in multiple tanks. The staff seemed unprofessional and uneducated about fish in particular. Standing around chit-chatting to each other instead of helping customers. I had to approach them and ask for help instead of them coming to make sure their customers needs are met. They could not answer any of my basic questions. One employee stuck her hand in one of the aquariums and allowed the fish to nibble on her hand. Hope she washed her hands before she did that, not very professional. The one positive thing that I will say, the betta fish are kept very nice in jars with plants. In the future I hope the tanks will be better kept and some of the employees will take their job a little more seriously. I really do not like posting negative reviews however I believe constructive criticism can help.

They have a great selection of harnesses that are hard to find elsewhere. Our babies are 6 lbs and take an xs harness. They are also very attractive. The staff were very nice as well.

My only complaint about this place is the prices. I bought extreme Ferret salmon treats and it was just under $20. I wanted to check out Petco’s prices and it was under $10 at Petco. That is a vast difference, so I will not be going back. I will say the staff is very nice and there’s less people in a store like that so I can see why some people would like to shop there, but for me the bottom line comes down to price.

Been going here for 20 years and just this little store.they're great for running in to get what I need, while they stay caught up with the new products.one caution: they do buy and promote premium pet supplies, but do have the selection of affordable things, don't fear.they have what you need with people who are willing to help you if needed.

Oh what can I say it's a nice store for animals supplies and my go to store for anything animal. I like it

Went to get dog shoes not much to choose from and employees doing nothing but talking to each other had to ask for help. Customer service could be better

They don't have a very big selection of live aquarium plants. The ones they do have are reasonably priced.
