14Store is as it should be. Only a few reptiles but they may have ordered more. I did think $99.00 was a but ridiculous for a rabbit even if they were dwarfs.
They are friendly and usually have what i need, also clean. Dont have to wait long either.
I brought fish there and all of them died the next day took them back they wanted me to bring some water from my tank had to speak to the manager she did exchange them but said I couldn't return them if they died again. They did died again went to PetSmart and brought the same fish I brought from this store and the ones from PetSmart hasn't died yet.
I went here to get some feeder fish for my Oscar, but they were all out. It does seem to be a decent store though.
I love this Pet Store, they have nice animals and keep them well. I bought a cute little Blue Oranda fish. Just so sweet and so healthy. They double checked before purchase that I have a set up ready for my fish, which is very responsible. Yes, I did and our fish "Stitch" is doing so well! Think I'm going back for another Oranda in the future

This is a great, helpful pet store of old! Just like we used to have as a kid. Love it here. They do shot clinics, which I'm about to go to today. They also have a truly awesome doggy washing station, which is really useful for our 80-lb bully. I suggest no improvements, stay awesome! I absolutely prefer this place over the big corporations pet stores!
It always seems like every time I go in there's issues with the fish tanks and none of the fish are for sale. This happens very regularly and is unfortunate I have to drive across town to go to PetSmart or Petco.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE SHOPPING! Not only did they completely send me the WRONG ORDER, but then, threatened me, that if I don’t send back what I received, but they will not only NOT SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED, BUT WOULD CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE! WTACTUALF!? Who does that? I am completely sickened by their actions. The only reason I ordered, is because I am sick, and cannot get to the store. I was a very good customer, NOT ANYMORE! Save yourself!
