Animal abuse! This location continues to mistreat tortoises and animals by failing to provide appropriate care based on each species’ unique needs and insists they’re fine, although the shells are clearly sickly and the animals are suffering. It shows the staff here knows nothing about animal husbandry, and also believe it’s acceptable to sell ill animals to uninformed people — bad business ethics and cruel. If you don’t know how to care for animals, don’t stock them.

I just washed my dog there and it was great. Friendly, helpful staff. Didn't blow out my back washing the dog. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.

Sad selection of jackets. Not once in 20 minutes was I greeted or asked of I needed help. Several associates having own conversation. 1st time in store. I won't be back.

Not a huge selection of goods and there does not seem to be much care taken in a lot of their goods on the shelves. Tons of dust, dirt, and debris were on the shelves and products when I recently visited. This actually deterred me from making a purchase as one of the products I liked (cozy cat bed) had dirt all over it and a long trail of dust hanging when the item was pulled of the shelf. Unfortunate.

We looked in the cat section. Nice variety of quality cat food, litter, cat toys, treats.
Staff very helpful and friendly. More inventory for dogs, but still enough variety for cats. Good location for us. Recommend and we will return.

The employees are great! Just got our newest, little Zoe, aka Arizona. She is perfect. We always shop here and will continue!

It would be great except the store manager is rude and short with his employees and customers. He was stressed and his comments were unnecessary. Employees were so good and he made their job difficult and the atmosphere tense.

It's a great place to take your pet in to get vaccinations they do it every two weeks it's a whole lot more convenient for people that work during the week

Not much variety and staff is not informed about their products or animals.but its got potential

Staff was ready to guide me to an item just prescribed by vet. Did not have correct size 4 my dog; but clerk showed me how to adjust. My dog needed this protective collar immediately. Thanks, Petsupermarket.

Staff is always helpful, convenient location, products I feed my furbabies are always on stock and the reward program is great!

Awesome service, I was looking for new food for my dog and the young lady was helpful on what to get for my different breeds.

I'm able to get most items I need for my pets. The staff needs help. Some of them don't have a clue what the store carries or where things are located. Twice at checkout I've been ignored for whatever reason and stood waiting for them to run around the store before returning to help me. It's frustrating and could be avoided with some training. There are a few employees that are wonderful and extremely helpful. I really appreciate them

They are always knowledgeable re food or flea products, etc. A bit pricey, but worth it. Clean stores, nice people.

I got a new puppy and liked that I could take him in.my first visit the stockclerk applied his new halter incorrectly but the female cashier fixed it. The next day I took puppy back in to buy a crate. The male cashier offered to hold onto puppy while I got my money out. When I gave him the money, he took his hands off of puppy and this very young puppy fell to the floor. Someone really needs to train the staff on pets and the products they sell

Fast, friendly staff. Good selection of pet supplies. Sells fish, hamsters and ferrets. Also supports rescue animals.

This place is ok they are kinda expensive on somethings but i have got my dogs tags and a few other things at good prices

They have the pet supplies you are looking for and a few select animals like birds, hamsters, fish ect.

Was just in here. WORST customer service ever seen. COMPLETE LACK of any decent pet products. Staff is lazy and apathetic- like theyre working for the pound- another place I see complete and total APATHY for the animals.
Oh I did doublecheck the prices. HOLY MOLY DO NOT BUY YOUR DOG AND CAT PRODUCTS HERE. TOO EXPENSIVE.

Me and my family have been coming here ever since we moved to Lake county. We love the atmosphere and staff. This is our fish and chew toy go to place. Good store.
