I always have a great experience at this store. The brands and offers they have are always great. The staff is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I'm handicap and made my appointment for 11 am with the black girl. She did not inform me they now require a rabies shot for cat. I drove all the way there from Okeechobee to take my mom's car to get clipped been going there for over 2 years. Even tho they charge 20 bucks n then ask for a tip. My vet has me come in anytime before noon or after 2. Charges 12 bucks and never mentions shots. And the girls at my vet are sooo much cuter and extremely nice. PET SURPLUS SUCKS I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN SHAME ON YOU!

Took my Australian shepherd mix in to have her feet and a sanitary cut done. The staff was great did a great job and was very prompt. I was able to get an appointment online within A day.

Update: I just found out PSP had fired Khara, who i felt was one of there best employees, I am very disappointed in this and have reduced my rating down to one.

Old review: Khara is one of the best workers i have had the privilege of helping me buy food for my dog.she was very informative and help me make a good decision on diet change for my puppy.

This place is so terrible. They messed up my dogs haircut and I think they should be responsible for what they messed up.

I have to change my 5 star review after finding out they got rid of the best person that ever happened to that place. You could tell she loved working there and had such passion for the store to succeed. I’ve been there when she had rude people going off about something stupid and she handled it with such professionalism. I know I probably don’t know all the details but I know an awesome leader/person when I see one. In my eyes PSP made a big mistake!

This would have been 5 starts after 3 years of nothing but phenomenal service from the staff that were all just fired for apparently no reason.

This looks horrible for the business as these employees have gone above and beyond to the point where they even recognize my dogs and I every single time I come in and notice if one of my three pups isn’t with me.

I am shocked to see that only two people are left. The owner needs to reconsider the decision that was just made as a store is only as good as their employees and they just fired basically all of them.

Great store! Friendly knowledgeable staff and quite an inventory of all different typesetting of pet products. They even carry multiple brands of frozen raw cat food (i.e. Stella & Chewys and Instinct) which is such a hard find in my area. Amazing rewards program too, I’ve benefited from multiple free bags of my specific cat food since I started shopping there in Sept 2021. Highly recommend checking them out!

2nd time I stopped in looking for crickets for my lizard. Twice I got "nope", no crickets

Sherri is so sweet and patient! She spent so much time with my golden doodle also explained so much to me! I loved that after his grooming appointment he came home him self, happy and handsome!

I recently bought a tortoise from them and the staff were so friendly. They made sure I had what I needed to care for my tortoise. They helped me load up my car and were very helpful in answering my questions. I have always shopped here for my pet needs since the day they opened and I have never had a bad experience. By far, the best pet store around!

Keli the groomer did an amazing job on our 7 month old Mini Bernedoodle "Dallas".
Keli did everything we asked for.from haircut to nails. We'll definitely be back to see her.
