I love the staff and the DR! Super quick services as usual, I have a corgi and a huskie, and they both are in and out! Super helpful and friendly I highly recommend as they literally cater to our fur babies and provide guidance if needed!

Horrible place! The receptionist has a nasty attitude. She took 3 pets that walked in after me. Then after waiting a hour and I was walking out she proceeds to tell me I have to wait for these people to pick up there pets, one pet was vomiting and then the doctor has a surgery. They only cater to Spanish speaking people. My kitten was wheezing and couldn’t breath but vomitting is more important? Horrible customer service! They will probably respond with the usual it was an emergency and everyone understood there was a wait. Remember she took everyone before us and they didn’t have to wait. The dog wasn’t vomiiting he was growling and barking at everyone! This place gets F.

My kitty and I always have a great experience here. They treat my cat so gentle and speak to her so sweet. Fast service and great pricing.

I took my dog ​​to pet zone animal clinic in search of improvement for my dog, he was misdiagnosed, the treatment provided worsened the dog's health and he died one day before the appointment.follow-up. If they were professionals they should have done more analysis to prevent him from dying. When the Dr.was asked the cause of death he said it could be anything. What a lack of Knowledge, of Ethics, of Professionalism. Do not bring your pets to this place. This place has more similar cases, so don't let the same thing happen to you.

I wanted you to know how I feel after I went to this clinic located at 14900 SW 136 th ST #110 Miami, FL 33196 PET ZONE- ANIMAL CLINIC. I'm devastated. How is it possible that these people have a license to kill our animals. I made the mistake of taking my Cat because I felt him breathing a little hard, but he ate well, defecated well and played well, everything was fine. While they treated him in front of me everything was fine and the cat was calm. They told me they had to take an x-ray and it would all cost $310 dollars. I accepted and asked them to take the opportunity to cut his nails, which were very long. They took him to the back and minutes later I heard him screaming and howling and they called me and told me that he died. The doctor and the two employees manipulated him and killed him. Now I wonder if they killed him while cutting his nails or on the plate and I feel like they killed a family member. I do not recommend them at all and if for some reason you take the risk, do not take your eyes off your animals and do not let them handle them in front of you. That was my mistake and it hurts me a lot that these three abnormals killed my cat, who was like a son to me.

Dr Pascau is a great Veterinary. He loves his job. He saved my cat's life. I will be always grateful.

Today my family and my other cats are very sad. My husband took one of my beloved cats to this clinic. Yes, sick, breathing hard, but still eating, walking and alive. Who knows what the manipulation was like because they didn't let him come in to accompany him and they returned him dead. We seek comfort and answers. They just told him that he was going to die anyway. They leave a void and many doubts about their actions. We do not recommend them at all and if for any reason you decide to leave, do not take your eyes off your pet.

I am more than pleased with the services at this vet clinic. From the front desk to the doctor himself, everyone was so sweet, professional, and caring. Also, it is super affordable. I loved the next day call to ask how the "babies" were doing and sending them kisses. The space is small but clean and warm. Very recommended

I have had many visit here and the doctor and nurses have always been the kindest people I know. I highly recommend for any of your dogs needs and if they cannot help they send you to someone who can.

BEWARE THEY WILL NOT SEND RECORDS TO MIAMI DADE TO UPDATE TAG FOR YOUR DOG AND YOU WILL BE FINED. They stated they would send updated vaccination records to Miami Dade and we would not have to send them anything once we got my dog her yearly vaccines. We thought everything was ok and have never had any issues with Miami Dade as every vet we went to handled it properly. However, 5 months later, we receive a crazy $130 fine for not vaccinating our dog on time. We now have to waste time and send the city proof that she did in fact receive her vaccines on time. Prices were good for a vet but I do not think they are too reliable especially since they never updated my dog’s tag after stating they would do so. Please be more organized and honest if you will not send records to the city so we can send them originally our selves and avoid a headache of trying to remove a city fine!

1st visit in May 2022: We waited around 30 minutes in waiting room but once we were let inside, service was quick and we were out 30 minutes afterwards. Staff is very friendly and they offer a great annual vaccine package for $138 that includes the annual state requirement tag. $10 to cut nails. Location was very clean!
