My cats favorite. Great selection of cat food and cat liter. I have two cats but if you have a dog or any other small animals this store has all you could need. The staff here is great and very helpful.

Again I was acknowledged as I shopped the store. It feels good to be seen and asked if I found everything I needed. In this case, one item was not in stock. When I responded that they did not have an item I wanted, the young clerk said 'sorry to hear that'. That response was nice. However, asking what item was not in stock would have been a better response. That aside, I will continue to shop there because they are so nice. And the young clerk was kind.

I'm giving this store a good rating because, while they didn't have what I was looking for, the guy working the cash register was super helpful, and nice, in terms of helping locate the nearest store with what I was looking for. The store was clean and everything appeared to be in order.

This is specifically for Petco's grooming service. Haley was INCREDIBLE! I brought my mini dachshund in for a haircut and bath. After a pretty terrible experience at a previous groomer, I was praying that they would be able to fix her haircut that she was given. Haley was so kind and caring and really took her time to make sure Billie looked her best. She came out smelling amazing, very soft, and has the cutest cut! I highly recommend her!

New to the Betta fish World… I decided to go to Petco over other aquarium stores. I made the right choice. There store was well organized and clean. BEST of all, A man named Peter (The Fish Expert) helped me get started and helping me get the right tools to get started. Peter was very Knowledgeable, genuine, and patience… i asked him a lot of questions… and he answered every question i had. PLEASE GIVE PETER A RAISE OR SOMETHING BENEFICIAL! I will keep doing business with this store but especially Peter.
Peter if you see this. THANK YOU…One very happy customer…and more to come!

Always have a counter treat for Bella. Manager Stephanie always helps and whole staff is professional and courteous. We drive extra distance from Longboat Key just to use their store. Excellent represemtatives for Petco.

Bought a mealworm container of 100, it came 10 or 12 death & dried up and half of the rest died within a couple of weeks

I went to the store, where I never shopped before and I was help by STEFANIE, she has a great welcoming personality not to mention a gorgeous lady, this employee had a great energy, very positive, very knowledgeable about the store and product. Made my experience an awesome one, STEFANIE is a rockstar 1000%

I had to return something for my son and they replaced it with a different item because they didn't have the same one and gave me a gift card for the rest of the money they were a great help

Very nice place for animal lovers. Mr. Joshua really made our day. He is very kind and very professional.

Let me tell you this store is AMAZING. I have a ton of animals- frogs, spiders, degus, dogs, cats, etc. I often have to get lots of supplies and visit many pet stores (chain and not chain) in the area.this store is by far the cleanest with the best looking animals. I went in today and a wonderful lady Stephanie (think thats spelled right) helped me out. She was super kind, helpful, and intelligent. I called to ask her name again because I wanted to leave a review and a very nice lady named Sam answered. Turns out Stephanie is the new manager! To whoever higher ups read this- KEEP HER! I can't tell you how heartbreaking it is going to a store and seeing animals mistreated and employees either be uninformed or simply not care.that is absolutely not the case here.all of the animals were so beautiful.tarantulas fluffy and not balding, with proper enclosures so they feel safe.reptiles well fed with proper housing.birds and rodents looking happy and healthy. I am genuinely so blown away to see a chain petstore be so well maintained.this is a 20 minute drive from my house but I will absolutely only be coming here from now on.if you see this thank you so much for your help ladies! I really appreciate it:)

Petco has a wide variety of grain free foods, at good prices, which is all my cat eats. The store has everything your pet could possibly want or need and the staff is great. Check out their super easy curbside pick up!

I was visiting from out of town and needed some additional pet supplies. They had all of the usual items I needed and some that I didn't know I needed!

The cashier was very helpful with showing me how to order things on line. She went above and beyond and that makes a difference for me and where I shop. That's why I go to Publix over winn dixie. Keep up the customer service and you won't lose me!

My first time visiting this location, surprised that the "cat" section was limited in food selection. Staff not friendly nor asked if I needed any assistance. I'd probably go elsewhere next time. I purchased a litter genie xl, got it home and was cracked, I will take it to another Petco.
