Received a gift card for my dog Spyder's birthday. I went online to order some things for my boy and did great! Website easy to use and pick up was even easier!

DOG ABUSE! Groomer was abusive, the rope around the dogs neck was to tight! PETCO deserves zero stars! There is a difference between secure and too tight! If the dog pulled hard enough, it could’ve snapped its wind pipe! And standard poodles have the force to do so! The dog’s skin was also pink and seem VERY irritated! The lady grooming dog was PULLING HARSHLY against the dogs left front leg! Security cameras can testify along with this review in support. The dog was yelping so loudly the whole store heard it and the groomer did NOTHING to help ease the dogs pain. She WAS THE CAUSE OF THE PAIN! She didnt even stop to check if the dog was okay! The dog almost fell of the grooming table! FIGHT AGAINST THIS ANIMAL ABUSE!
(The lady had blonde hair in a messy bun. And had noise canceling headphones on! Yeah the blow dryer was on but the whole store even the back could hear the dogs cry! I for one was in the hack of the store and heard the constant cries of this standard poodle at the expense of its poor leg!)

Love that place. I have what's called tropical Exotic Discus fish. It's so nice to be able to visit a store who is very knowledgeable about these fish. Any questions about fishes ask for Donny.

Clean store, friendly staff. Didn't seem to be many people on the floor, would have liked to be approached or have someone readily around me to ask where a product was, but I found it rather quickly.

I called 5 times rang picked then I was cut off.nobody's answering the phone my question took two minutes at the most so I don't waste gas or time.

I enjoy shopping here for our fish aquarium, the prices are good. My only problem is trying to find a employee to help you. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us get our new fish.

I have always loved petco and have always shopped here. My puppy had an appointment to get her second round of shots 6/9/22 at 5: 30pm.and the associate wanted to tell me that she needed to get the shots that she already had. It's really disappointing that I couldn't just come in and get the shots I asked for. I am the paying customer and the owner of the dog its crazy to me an employee finds it acceptable to argue with a guest. I really expected better and now I have to drive to wintergarden to petsmart to get decent customer service because my loving petco disappointed me.

My small dog is always happy when we go to Petco. She is comfortable being left with a groomer and is happy when I return. At some other places I have returned to find her very unhappy. Thanks, Petco, for taking good care of my fur baby.

The prices for pets are considerably higher than other pet stores. Really wanted a bird I was bonding with but $1000 for a bird is insane. Ferrets were $350. Way too much. When you buy a pet, you also have to pay for the supplies to take care of them.

Ive been turned away from their grooming department on more than one occasion because they're too busy. You cant schedule appointments for certain grooming services (like nail trimmings), but you'll also be told they're too busy for a walk in. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time. Good bye!

I usually go to pet supermarket for crickets but they were out so I came to you. They are just really tiny and more expensive.

Petco is the best! I have been taking my babies to Petco for six years and I have only changed groomers twice and that is because they moved. Jacklyn is the best and she is consistent with how she cares for my fur babies. I would recommend Petco to anyone who is looking for great care for their pets.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The "manager" Nicky is extremely rude and unprofessional. When being checked out by her, she seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me or my purchase the other day. Had to grab her attention away from talking to another worker and she gave the nastiest look at my husband and I. We will never shop there again if she's there!

Great place for all your pet's needs! They have a clinic and grooming center! The vet and her staff are so nice and make your pups feel right at home.

I got a fish for 40 bucks but they gave me a discount for 27 bucks so I get but home and gave the fish to my daughter 2 hours go by and she comes out of her room crying the fish is died so they sold me a sick fish

They failed to meet my pets needs although I was a little late for my appointment. I observed other people coming in with no appointments and go service, maybe they were friends?

If I could give negative stars I would I am an avid fish aquarium hobbyists. Every time I have come there it’s almost impossible to get somebody in fish and when you do they give you an attitude because you ask them for help to get a fish or they rush you or if you tell them you would like a specific fish that looks healthy they asked if you would just take the one that’s easier for them to get. When you pay that much for saltwater fish you should be able to get the fish you want. There is only one employee there that works to register who is always kind and helpful but anybody works in the fish section if you can actually find them are practically useless. I felt treated horribly and ended up leaving and finding a new fish store for less money
